I think the people are great. I think the infrastructure could be enhanced. The parking is very tight & there really isn’t a lounge. Other car dealerships have a much better experience.

David was the epitome of great customer service.
David was the epitome of great customer service. He answered all of our questions with professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable. We were in great hands. He handled our claim and kept communicating open until the end. We normally deal with genesis of bklyn but because of David and Kelly we are now part of englewood.

Joanne was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Joanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so welcoming and informative and really walked me through the entire process. I couldn't recommend her enough, and I am beyond pleased with my new G70. My only complaint was that it took over 2 hours to get my new car when I had a scheduled appointment to sign my papers and take my new car home. The car had dirty smudges throughout the console but Joanne was so quick to make it right for me. I knew the dirt and wait was out of her hands but she was wonderful and gracious throughout the entire process.

I paid $10,000 to fix my car, but the workmanship was
I paid $10,000 to fix my car, but the workmanship was lacking. They lacked attention to detail. I had a wheel and bumper issue, and dealer should have reported it to my insurance company to have it fixed, but they just ignored it. I found out after waiting two months and taking delivery of the car. It's taking too long to report back, so I'll just ignore it, but I wish your dealership team would take a closer look at my car. however i will keep using your dealer. Thanks you
