This was my first new car purchase in several years. The car I wanted was in limited supply and finding a dealer who had the model, trim, and color I was looking for was not easy. David Williams of Ourisman was extremely helpful. If I ran into snags, I knew I could contact David and he would serve as point man to work with whomever was necessary internally to get things done. He and the other members of the team, including the finance department and the parts team, went above and beyond to help check all the boxes and get me the car I wanted, with the accessories I wanted, when I wanted it. This is also my first KIA, after decades of Honda ownership, and after a month of driving, including two long road trips, I'm still loving it.

Everyone here is great. I recently went for my scheduled service and it was pretty busy. The staff still attended to each of us there and getting everything done in a timely fashion.

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again.
