Customer service was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. My request was timely done. The call back repair was also completed. At my request to take care of my business as time was against me, a vehicle was provided to take care me.

First and foremost, I have no issues with the work

First and foremost, I have no issues with the work performed on my vehicle. Great repairs!! Great customer service!! I am trying to understand the point of making an appointment though. I thought that if you make an appointment that meant that time was carved out for you and your vehicle. Not just showing up and hope to get fitted in for service, which seems like there is no difference. No way should a tire rotation and oil change take more than 3 hours especially if a reservation was made and they know you are scheduled to arrive at that reserved time. Just seems no matter what, my entire day is blown when I bring my vehicle in for service. (5-8 hours) Luckily I?m retired and have my family to pick me up from the dealership. I couldn?t imagine sitting at the dealership all that time. Even then I?m caught in rush hour traffic. I scheduled the appointment as to avoid all of that. If they think that the service will be all day then I?ll reschedule when a more expedient time is available. Anyway, sorry to dump all of that , I really like the work and the customer service, Dan Kurode is very easy to work with. Just get me in and get me out is all I?m wishing for. Thanks

I hold the excellent review on all categories until the response. (1).the sale of the belts for the water pump and all components an adjustment tool wae to be provided, I didn't receive. (2) After I departed Mayland and arrive in NC I find that my cruise control no longer is operating. Is there any solution that can be reached. Please contact me ASAP, Thank you for any assistance in these matters

My first service for my st this location but I had a bad

My first service for my st this location but I had a bad experience first of all just for basic service they spent 3 hours and No one informed me about the delay and gives me update when I need it .I usually go to the VA location i have never encounter this type of issue .left with disappointed and I promised to never go back .

Very helpful and prompt.

Very helpful and prompt. Clean environment. Service advicers are very professional and helpful. One man came to check my tires around. And said all my tires are good eventhough I have come to see a different service adviser. Good experience. Keep it up!!
