Making an appointment is easy and professionally handled. Lewis Grimes is efficient and knowledgeable of the work needed. He keeps you informed of progress and provides outstanding service. The atmosphere of the service department is exceptional. Customers are treated royally.

I ask for to clean my calipers and they did not clean

I ask for to clean my calipers and they did not clean my calipers do it to rotors need to be replace I only ask to clean my calipers not to change any part and they still charged me for repair customer have the right to ask what they want on there vehicle not because my rotors need to be replaced they locked to do what the customer ask not good

My experience with Toyota of Bowie has been with their totally excellent service department. Starting with their Customer Service who seem to totally understand cars and their mechanical systems as well as the people who own and drive their cars. They have always understood what I wanted or needed and they have worked with their mechanics and gotten me whatever I needed or asked of them. I have always satisfied and pleased with their work...

Best buying experience of my life.

Best buying experience of my life. Drove to this dealership looking for a new Tundra and drove away with the truck of my dreams. The sales rep, Harold Ramirez, was outstanding and I never felt haggled or misinformed the entire process. They were very fair with the offer of my trade-in and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable the entire process. I will be using this dealership to buy a new vehicle in the future!

Customer service was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. My request was timely done. The call back repair was also completed. At my request to take care of my business as time was against me, a vehicle was provided to take care me.

First and foremost, I have no issues with the work

First and foremost, I have no issues with the work performed on my vehicle. Great repairs!! Great customer service!! I am trying to understand the point of making an appointment though. I thought that if you make an appointment that meant that time was carved out for you and your vehicle. Not just showing up and hope to get fitted in for service, which seems like there is no difference. No way should a tire rotation and oil change take more than 3 hours especially if a reservation was made and they know you are scheduled to arrive at that reserved time. Just seems no matter what, my entire day is blown when I bring my vehicle in for service. (5-8 hours) Luckily I?m retired and have my family to pick me up from the dealership. I couldn?t imagine sitting at the dealership all that time. Even then I?m caught in rush hour traffic. I scheduled the appointment as to avoid all of that. If they think that the service will be all day then I?ll reschedule when a more expedient time is available. Anyway, sorry to dump all of that , I really like the work and the customer service, Dan Kurode is very easy to work with. Just get me in and get me out is all I?m wishing for. Thanks

Mohammed was our service technician and he was excellent!

Mohammed was our service technician and he was excellent! He communicated with me multiple times and answered all of my questions. He is very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. You are lucky to have him as part of your team.
