I normally do the night drop for my vehicles.
I normally do the night drop for my vehicles. I have 2 serviced back to back. I was told by the dealership rep my car will be ready for pickup at 9. My car was not ready for pickup and I was told the final repair had not started but should be ready by 11. It was not ready until 1:30. I picked up the car and left my truck. After reviewing my final paperwork before payment, there was a note stating the filter was out of stock but the bill charged me for the filter and labor about $100.00. Driving my car home I noticed a lot of noise coming from the brake rear brake area that was repaired. I have to take the car back. I have been going to this dealership for over 3 years but will no longer use them.

During my efforts to sell my Toyota RAV4, I ventured to three dealerships in Maryland and Virginia. I decided to return to the dealership where I originally purchased from--Toyota of Bowie. I had the best experience selling my vehicle to their sales professional Shawan Dawkins. Not only was she professional, courteous, and informative, she offered me the best price for my vehicle. After processing the paperwork, since the shuttle driver was not at work on the July 4 holiday, she served as the shuttle driver and gave me a ride home. On the following day she returned my vehicle tags to the Department of Motor Vehicles. If this is not outstanding customer service, I do not know what is. I highly recommend if you need to sell or purchase a vehicle, please reach out to Shawan Dawkins at Toyota of Bowie, 16700 Governor Bridge Road, Bowie, MD 20716.

So disappointed in scheduled maintenance experience.
So disappointed in scheduled maintenance experience. Things specifically requested not done though checked off on the report, difficulty communicating with service advisor. Leaves doubt that any of the other checks were done correctly or as reported. So sad because we had good experiences here in the past.

Kevon Brooks was THE BEST salesperson.
Kevon Brooks was THE BEST salesperson. He diligently worked to find a Toyota Highlander when it was the end of the season and inventory was low, PLUS, I wanted a certain color! The only criticism about any MD dealer I have, is that they (not just this one) can charge a $500 "processing fee, not mandated by law". No one can reasonably explain but "everybody charges it", which I don't find acceptable. Customers need to reject this unfair practice, maybe by starting in Annapolis.

Had to stand up from desk and exit the building. So disappointing, I was really looking forward to my new Tacoma. when we sat down to talk price the number was 5500.00 dollars more than msrp, there was the 1995.00 dollar protection package that they sell to everybody, and the 3500.00 dollar adjusted market value. Of course I was told everything is negotiable. so they raise the price and whatever they can pick from your pocket over msrp is added profit. Of course this is not revealed until they have you where they want you. These people are out for your money and nothing else, you and your family should stay clear of this type of business tactic and Bowie Toyota.

We had a great experience with Bowie Service Manager Ed Lopez and Service Rep Britalia King. Our car was in need of major repairs, and they went above and beyond to help us resolve our situation. They called in expert mechanic Ryan to explain to us in detail what the problems were in terms that we could understand. Their courteousness and professionalism was beyond anything we’ve experienced in the past. We’ll certainly continue to purchase Toyota products and services just as we have for the past 30 years.
