I like Honda of OWINGS Mills because of the service people I have met who are kind and accommodating. Kevin is a newer service person there and he does a great job, so does Eddie who is a salesperson on the floor.

I came to Honda of Owings Mills after a negative
I came to Honda of Owings Mills after a negative experience with another Honda Service Department. Vince was great! He contacted Honda to see if an expensive recommendation for service was covered by my extended warranty and offered to get me a ride share or a rental since the repair would take up most of the day. He kept me informed at all times and gave as many coupons and discounts as he could. I used to go to this Honda Service Department when I purchased a Honda from them in 2010 but started going somewhere closer to home after purchasing a new Honda from another dealer in 2020. However, I will remain loyal to Honda of Owings Mills. Even their ride share driver was personable.

My service advisor Yaniah daye was the the best I ever
My service advisor Yaniah daye was the the best I ever came across while there . The always kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car , she came and checked up on me for the times I was sitting and waiting even had a little chat on to what made her wanna work there . She is any amazing person and yall did a good job hiring her .

Terrible.
Terrible. They charged me $100 per diagnostic when I told them already what was wrong. I don't need to pay $100 for me to tell them what's wrong with my car. Stupid place!

Very friendly people.
Very friendly people. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The salesman, Derek Booth, remained with us the entire time we were at the dealership. He had us drive a Honda CRV Hybrid. We drove around the dealership parking lot until my wife and I were able to select a few cars to choose from. We left the dealership that day for my wife and discuss. Came back the next day to pickup a new Honda CRV Hybrid
