The buying process and service center were easy and

The buying process and service center were easy and comfortable. I felt very taken care of and never pressured. The service center was clean and organized. Mitchell was efficient, kind, and communicated clearly and and professionally. My car was taken care of in the time Mitchell gave. I look forward to my next visit.

The technicians are friendly and the shuttle ride home

The technicians are friendly and the shuttle ride home was safe and friendly. I always come here, because it is so convenient for me and I do not have a o travel so far from home.,

Joshua made sure my Honda extended warranty claim was

Joshua made sure my Honda extended warranty claim was approved so that the AC could be fixed. He had to contact the warranty people several times to get the approval. The work was successfully completed and the AC is working normally.

I am happy with your service.. representative Matt is very courteous and knowledgeable. Cashier Debbie is nice. Matt also welcomed me for my Acura MDX service. I going all the way to Timonium since last 4 years for nothing. I will come to your dealership now on wards.

Honda of Owings Mills is the only place I get my Pilot

Honda of Owings Mills is the only place I get my Pilot serviced. I have been dealing with them for many years. My vehicle still runs like it is in tip top condition. Josh in the service department is great! He is friendly and he is professional. He makes me feel that he truly has a genuine interest in the condition of my car. Thank you Josh!
