Jonathan, the Service Advisor that assisted me, was very

Jonathan, the Service Advisor that assisted me, was very friendly and helpful. Although I had to wait all afternoon for the work to be completed, the waiting area was very nice, clean and coffee/snacks were provided. Overall, no complaints and left satisfied

Great service. I should?ve gotten the extra recommended service. I will return to have that done At a later date. The service rep was very attentive to me.

Service was very quick.

Service was very quick. I was able to work while getting my car serviced, which is great to be able to multitask. And the team was extremely nice and helpful.

Honda of Greenbelt continues to try to take advantage of

Honda of Greenbelt continues to try to take advantage of customers with problematic assessments of repair needs. Little has changed since I bought this car and had it serviced at its former College Park location. Calling for unnecessary repairs and piling on recommendations that were 50% of the car?s value. Other mechanics see things differently. If it weren?t a historical pattern, it might just be a difference of opinion. But this dealership has its (negative) reputation. I am done being cheated and shame on me for trying this place again.

Honda of Greenbelt continues to try to take advantage of customers with problematic assessments of repair needs. Since moving to Greenbelt location, service and facility

Since moving to Greenbelt location, service and facility is MUCH better. Jonathan was great, talking through needed maintenance and d even provided my with a Lyft when the shuttle was not available.
