This dealership is deceptive.

This dealership is deceptive. I came in wanting to buy a car, and had a few questions about what they were offering me in regards to warranty, etc. Not only was the salesperson completely dismissive and rude, annoyed I was asking questions (and having used expletives, might I add), the general manager seemed to not care. Why would I put my money on something where I don’t have all the answers, let alone when there is a blatant disrespect for customers?

I traveled from az.

I traveled from az. To look at a bmw at centennial. My sales person was Francis Sinsuat. He is a very nice man and is a army veteran as am I. The company is rigid on pricing, but other items can be negotiated on. Do your homework and you will leave satisfied if the car you want is what you want. Trade in prices are low, but all national dealers try to make as much as possible. Francis had help from lose Escobedo and and finance manager Jacob Hughes. Overall my experience was fulfilling and I drove the bmw home the next day. Francis was exemplary and even showed about my ill brother before I left. Very good group of people to purchase a vehicle from.

Jose was upfront honest.

Jose was upfront honest. He even told me that Autonation was horrible with trades when I was offered $1000 for a car that had a blue book value of $16000!

Francis S., my dealer, went out of his way to help us find the perfect vehicle. Francis at Centennial Autonation USA started to look at vehicles in their Henderson site. We found our car there, Francis was able to drive us there and bring back the car to centennial site. Francis was professional, kind, funny, and never pushy. Francis was very informative. The next vehicle I buy will be from Francis Sinsuat. Thank you Francis.

Just an absolute pleasure all the way through!

Just an absolute pleasure all the way through! Wasn't sure what to expect from a non-dealer with this type of vehicle, but it's a fairly close high-end marketplace here and the finance manager, Jacob, had a lot of relevant ownership advice. (He had worked a number of years at the primary local brand dealer here in town.) Our salesman, Francis, was excellent! Very friendly and helpful--and not at all high-pressure. He knew a lot about the car and what he didn't know, he found out for us. The sales manager, John, and--as noted above--the finance manager, Jacob, were also very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, this was a great car-buying experience!
