I bought a 2020 Jeep Trailhawk at 53k miles in September

I bought a 2020 Jeep Trailhawk at 53k miles in September of 2023 and am a certified pre owner. Since then it has been nothing but a heartache and trouble on me and my family. In February of 2024 at 63k miles I learned my transfer case went out in which Jeep was having issues and did not get me the part for almost 3 months leaving me without a vehicle for at least two weeks until my warranty covered the loaner vehicle and rental. Since then the back up camera went in and out which was just minor and I didn’t think anything of it. Now come March of 2025 at 93k miles my vehicle has had multiple repairs. I took it to Coon Rapids Jeep around March 23 stating that the timing chain and radiator were now broken. After having my vehicle for 10 days the vehicle then stopped on me again and I took it back to the dealer which they now stated the electrical computer monitor system was the problem. They then stated after 2/3 days that it was fixed but that my struts on both sides were broken and that the part was back ordered for 2-3 months. A week ago they stated that the part did come in and that it would be getting fixed. Now they are still working on my struts which was never diagnosed when they did a full diagnostic in March but all of a sudden after the ECM was fixed is now broken. The struts is an 1.5 hour job on each side but my vehicle still has not been fixed. While I have been provided a loaner vehicle I am still required to pay my $650 car payment which has the extended warranty which I pay for that is covering all of these fixes but have been provided no proof that the struts have been broken. I also have been in touch with Jeep consumer who promised me in April that they would review my case and pay for two months worth of car notes for my vehicle. They are now stating that they will not pay that and I pretty much am out of luck. I would not recommend this place for buying, service or Jeep at all because the vehicles seem to be faulty and no one takes blame or will just replace the vehicle. I am 8 months pregnant and have been under significant stress with all of the run around about what is going on with my vehicle and what compensation me and my family will receive.

I ordered a part for my truck over the phone, and was told that I would be called or texted when it had arrived to the dealership, and after an additional 3 business days after the expected 1 business week for it’s arrival I decided to call and see if it had arrived, which it had. And when I went in to collect it I asked when it had arrived, to which he said that it had arrived in just 4 business days and that it had been sitting there for 6 days at this point! I then explained to him that I had not received a call or text about my part to which he responded “well I don’t really know what goes on back there.” In my opinion this is not good service dodge!

I wish I could give them zero stars.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This place is corrupt and dis organized. They do not stand behind their product and they take advantage of their customers. Do not trust them. I bought a battery from them in November of 2023. The battery went bad in may of 2024. Less than a year old. I took my truck in showed them what I had from my credit card statement and they were fine with it. It took them three days to change the battery and they were calling the wrong number to let me k ow it was done. When it was done they wanted to charge me 220 dollars for labor. I refused to pay and they were extremely rude and we ended up having them take the battery out because I wouldn’t pay. No one said anything to me when I brought it in and I was very upfront that I bought it there but did not get it installed there. But then that was an issue when they wanted there money. Go somewhere else. Do not give them your business.
