Worst Experience Ever

One week after purchasing a previously leased Grand Cherokee, the car broke down (after only using for less than 40 miles) and the dealer is charging me $1,500 to fix it. Wouldn’t trust buying any cars from this dealer again and wouldn’t recommend it unless you are a mechanic and want to spend time fixing your car.

Great place to buy a used car

Coon Rapids Chrysler is a great place for used vehicles. I worked with salesman Aaron Schmidt. He was kind and answered all of my questions. Even when he was busy he was able to assist me with my purchase.

Worst Experience Ever

Bought a previously leased Grand Cherokee Limited with low mileage. Right after leaving the dealer the A/C started making a weird noise which they haven’t fixed yet (2 weeks after purchase). One week after the purchase, the power steering is not working and when I took it back to the dealer, they are making me pay $1,500 to fix it. This look like they knew about the problem and didn’t fix it to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy cars in this dealer since they don’t take accountability for things that “appeared out if the blue” a week after purchase.

Dodge Ram 2018 big horn

If anyone’s looking for a new /used vehicle go I there and ask for aaron Schmidt. Awesome salesman , doesn’t over crowd you and gives you the space you need to think itnover before the purchase. I will continue to get my vehicles there in the near future. Customer service and prices and second to none out there

Great Experience!

Chaz made this process very easy and answered all my questions. Leased new Jeep Grand Cherokee

My son referred us to Greg Richter and he did an excellent job helping us through the leasing documents. He has an exuberant personality and was fun to work with. He was intent on making our purchase as simple as possible. We will definitely be back to Coon Rapids Jeep!

2 new trucks in 2 months

I purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 Limited from Chris Asplund thru this dealership. Less than 2 months later a driver came into or lane and caused a head on collision. The truck protected us extremely well, but it was totaled. When we replaced the truck, I went back to Chris because I felt comfortable with his knowledge and pricing.
