Best sales experience ever!

Was in the market for a new truck and was given Steve Erickson's name by a friend. Went to Coon Rapids Chrysler after giving another dealer an opportunity first. I shouldn't have wasted my time at the other dealer and went to Steve right away. It was the best buying experience I've ever had and drove away with a new truck that day. I will buy from Steve again when the opportunity arises. Thanks Steve.

Great car buying experience

Bought a used Toyota that had some damage when it was first traded in. They fixed all the damage, gave me a great price on the car and a full warranty on the whole car up to the price of the vehicle. Salesperson Aaron was straightforward, honest and made sure that everything was taken care of. Completely satisfied with both my car and the buying process.

Great buying experience, friendly staff

We contacted the dealership about a week before we were able to get there. I was contacted by saleswoman Carolyn Hagen. She took the info for the vehicle we were looking for. Carolyn kept us informed and sent us emails and texts to update us as vehicles thst came in. When we finally made it to the dealership Carolyn met us outside. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, their options and she made our evening fun. If you're going to buy here, ask for Carolyn, you will not be disappointed.

Pleasurable Purchase

On Tuesday July 21, '15, my wife and I pulled in to the dealership, parked, and immediately greeted by a very personable young man, Amar Lowe. I told him which vehicle we were interested in. He knew where on the lot it was and instantly dashed off to retrieve it. Within minutes it was parked right in front of us. It took some of that day and most of the following to get all the details regarding a purchase completed. Through it all Amar was just a joy to work with. Always smiling, full of enthusiasm, seeing to it all went well; which it did. He actually made buying the vehicle pleasurable.

Great First Time Car Buying Experience!

This was my first experience buying a new car and it was pleasant! I went in really not knowing what I was looking for and not even sure if I would be approved for a loan. The staff helped me find a car I was interested in and at a price that I could afford. Everyone was quite friendly. The lot was EXTREMELY crowded with cars, but they are currently creating an extension to their lot, and that issue should be gone soon. I also was there for about five hours. One of those hours was spent waiting for them to detail the car after I had purchased it, but the dealership was quite busy that day; I'm sure they handled things as quickly as they could. Overall, I had a great experience, and I will most likely return in the future for more Jeep purchases!

Great sales experience

Carolyn Hagen made the buying experience a breeze. She was attentive prior to me showing up, met me when I arrived, and answered all my questions. I found Carolyn to be honest and genuinely interested in me making the best decision in my purchase. She responded to my questions respectfully and wasn't defensive or pushy -- I will come back again.

New Jeep Purchase

We were looking for a 2015 Jeep Patriot to buy as we were "handing down" our 2009 Patriot to one of our children who recently got her driver's license. We were connected with a sales associate familiar to us, Arland Breyer, who sold us our 2013 Town & Country Van a few years ago. Arland did a great job locating the Jeep Patriots that we had checked out on the dealer's web site and arranged for a test drive for us. No heavy sales push, but just a very positive sales experience. We felt that Arland got us a great deal on this purchase (just like he did last time) and we won't hesitate to ask for Arland when the time comes to purchase our next new vehicle from this dealer!

Another Good Experience

We wanted to buy a new Jeep Patriot so that we could "hand down" our 2009 Patriot to a child who recently got her driver's license. We have purchased 3 new vehicles here over the years and were expecting a positive experience, and were not disappointed. We were connected with Arland Breyer, the sales associate who sold us our 2013 Town & Country van a few years ago. Arland did a great job locating the Patriot that we had located on the dealership's website and arranged for a test drive for us. No pressure, nothing but a positive sales experience. We felt that Arland (once again!) treated us fairly and got us a good deal!

Great Experience

We contacted Coon Rapids Chrysler about a vehicle on their website. We had a very good phone conversation with Carolyn Hagen. Upon arriving at the dealer for a test drive, we were surprised to see the vehicle sitting out front freshly washed by our sales person. Carolyn made us feel like part of her family. Very personable, and just a great person. Our purchase was super smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended.....
