In My Opinion

I think that the Lebanon Ford people are genuine in what they are doing and care for customer fulfillment.Service is excellent.Phil is very helpful.John Davis was great at financing.And Yes I already have suggested Lebanon Ford to which someone purchased a new Ford.

Hitch for our 2020 Explorer

We purchased our 2020 SUV without a trailer hitch but we needed one to pull our boat. The folks at Lebanon Ford got us right in and installed the hitch super fast! I didn't have to go without a car and we were able to spend the weekend out on the lake, for some much needed family and R&R time. Thanks to Dave Cowdrey and Lebanon Ford the service team!

just the best

My service experience began with a call from LebFord service setting up y service appointment and assuring me that a loaner would be provided. Next day all was in order when I arrived: Phil at service had all the paperwork ready and I was set up and going very quickly. The work was done as promised the next day. I really appreciated the loaner car and the competent manner in which all was accomplished. 4 stars to LebFord and their staff!

Service repair for unexplained noise and battery replacement

In both instances the Service Team was exceptionally helpful in accommodating both of my requests in a very short timeframe. Thoroughly explained the process and potential costs, however, did not charge the full cost based upon the work provided. I recently moved to NH and am grateful to find a new Service Center that I feel that I can put my trust in.

Service center is great the dealership is awful

Brought car in during COVID. Service Department did an excellent job with safety and sanitation. When it came time to pay, it was taken by someone without a mask with I cleaned credit card equipment and the whole sales force was in a clump chatting not far away also without masks. This did not surprise me as the sales department is arrogant and unscrupulous. We bought our vehicle there and I will never buy another one from them. The service department is great, do not punish them.
