2015 Highlander

This was my 4 th new car purchase from Toyota of North Charlotte and it was the best and the easiest. From the test drive with David to the financial side with Steve to all the paperwork with Cathy, I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere. Thanks you three!

Great expereince

I recently purchased a Toyota Avalon from Toyota of North Charlotte. The team I worked with was fantastic. Kimberly Veney and the entire team I worked with made the process smooth and easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle with ease of service.

Fact Finding Mission

My niece and I came to Toyota on a "fact finding mission". We were going just to look. Matt was very informative and he helped us. We saw a silver 2015 Corolla that was on sale. I fell in deep like. Being a recent retiree and on a fixed income, I could only pay a certain amount. Nicolette worked with me to get a payment that I could afford. Kim helped us through the financial portion. Everyone who we worked with me was kind, professional and helpful. And I like the all-weather mats.

Better than expected

It was a long day, but then buying a new car usually is, after all, it is a major purchase. The staff at Toyota of North Charlotte were awesome. It started with Jerry outside to greet us. At first I thought, oh great, here comes a pushy salesman, can't even get out of the car! But Jerry, let me tell you, he made us feel right at home and in charge of what we wanted to do. He was not pushy at all and got a feel for what we were looking for. He has the personality personality for his job and definitely is an asset to Toyota. We decided on a car to purchase and Jerry turned us over to Steve Gregory. Steve also, took good care of us and made sure we new all our options in the finance department. Also an asset to Toyota. Our final step was with Cathy Fraley to make sure all paperwork was in order and that we had an understanding of the next steps. She is definite asset to Toyota as well. She has a wonderful personality and made us very comfortable. She also showed us features in the car that was very helpful to know before I drove away! I am very familiar with customer service and she goes above & beyond, she is the person I want helping me. Everyone we worked with couldn't have done a better job. I will definitely recommend Toyota of North Charlotte in the future.

Excellent customer service

My husband and I went to Toyota of North Charlotte to purchase a new 2015 Tacoma. We were warmly greeted by Don Anatore, a product specialist from sales, and then also spoke to Nicolette Glaspey from Internet sales. Don took us out for a road test. Then Nicolette completed the sales transaction. Both were extremely courteous and professional while still being genuinely friendly. We enjoyed our experience and left with a new truck, at the price and terms we wanted. Shaderria Terry completed our paperwork and was extremely attentive in explaining everything we needed to understand. We will definitely return for service and when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

Excellent Service!

Took my 2013 RAV4 in for 25,000 mile service. Russell Martin met me as I pulled in, got me signed in and prepared me for an hour long wait. Much to my surprise, and appreciation, 35 minutes I was driving home with a clean car. Thank you for such a great experience!

2015 Toyota 4Runner

My day started off with taking off of work to go to an appointment at Town and Country Toyota, where I had a scheduled test drive in car that was (supposedly) on their lot. I was in the market to buy, to make a deal, and my test drive was confirmed by Town & Country through a number of communications. The disappointment of not being greeted respectfully, the unawareness of my appointment, AND the car that I was promised to be shown not being anywhere in sight was pretty jarring. As I went to approach a young manager by the name of Patrick Priester, who at the moment seemed more interested is looking at what appeared to be non-work related photos on one of his sales guys IPad, I was apologized to and told that another sales guy would look to see if he could find the car. I think we have it, no, wait yes, no...yes...a car appeared, it wasn't it, but it was something that was WAY out of what I had asked to see...not even close. It became comical to me to think that these so called sales people were to busy trying to cover their butts rather than just turning to me and admitting to a mistake, then asking me what I WOULD like to see, and showing it to me. Sales 101, simple. I lost my patience, and couldn't believe that my time was wasted like it was. From there I headed off to a 5pm appointment at Toyota of North Charlotte. I was 15 minutes early. No big deal, I figured I'd wait it out once I got there....nope. Agnel Ohoa was quick to greet me at the front as my name was highlighted on their appointment board. She politely explained the process and the people I would be working with, and promptly turned me over to Mark (sorry forgot your last name) who took me straight out to the car I reserved for a test drive. Mark was from Charlotte (First Ward), a young buck, but the perfect passenger for a test drive. He told me what I needed to know, and allowed me to enjoy/inspect/THINK throughout the entire test drive. From there I was handed over to Chris Wickson (sales). I jokingly told Chris to get ready to throw punches. Truth be known, I'm not an easy person to deal with during to car buy process. We did the whole, your trade is worth this, and these are the deals...and sure, it went back and forth a few times. Overall, this Chris guy was nice, fun, easy to talk to, and we didn't throw any punches. In fact I think the buying experience was a little longer just because we would deviate to tell a personal story, and I am sure at times that I was eating out of his hand. Nonetheless, we reached terms that I felt pretty good about. Lets face it, buying a car can be a bit overwhelming, and no matter what, you almost always walk away wondering if you could have got a 'better deal'...could I have, probably, but I honestly am good with what I bought given the service I received, which represented the service I will continue to receive while I own this car. There are a lot of things money can buy, but it can't buy time, or make up for frustrating moments in life. I am not rich by any means, but I work hard to earn what I do, and am willing to pay for things that add value to my life. This car represents that, sure its a car, but it will be what I drive with my family for at least the next several years, and I believe that Toyota of North Charlotte will ensure that this car remains in my family, trouble free because that's what they represent. I will say hats off to Chris Wickson and Chris Supple for working with me, and to Toyota for hiring Chris Wickson, super nice guy. Again, car buying can drain the soul, but surprisingly at the end of my experience at Toyota of North Charlotte, I not only have my soul in tact, but a nice, new, 2015 4Runner, which is far nicer than any car I anticipated on driving away with that day. Thanks for the good experience, service, and I hope that we can keep this trend going while I'm in for service. Cheers.
