Service for my Toyata Tundra

I was very pleased with the way that Ty Cooke handled my service appointment, from the initial welcoming, through any questions during the service, until my checkout. I stopped going to another Toyota dealer because of the people in the service dept, & you certainly do not have that problem.

Brandi Greenwald - Finance

Excellent Servcie Manager

After an unusual situation, Service Mgr Will Gaddy stepped in and got personally involved in the repair of my vehicle. He took the time to listen and understand my situation, then he took care of everyting with no fanfare. He kept me informed and gave me clear answers. He is a good model for how all service people should treat customers.

Friendly, efficient sales staff

Sales Specialist Brian Doyle was one of the most professional, calm and efficient car salespeople I have ever dealt with. He was honest, didn't waste my time at all with silly negotiating tactics, listened to my story, and worked fairly with me. He volunteered several ideas to get me what I wanted in a way that was easy for both of us. Also, Bobby Jo, who showed me my vehicle outside and helped me determine which trim line I wanted was absolutely excellent in every way.

Another Great Prius!

Salesman, Brian Doyle was so very courteous and honored what I had told him I wanted. Shaderria Terry was also very pleasant and efficient in completing my financial paperwork. I am very pleased with the whole deal and process. This is my second buying experience and I plan to remain a customer.

Professional service

Lou Simmet was very professional and helpful to us as we brought our 2014 Camry SE in for its first service in 6 months. We were met and guided through the process for service. We were able to relax in the comfortable lounge. Within a short time Lou Simmet informed us that our car was ready. Highly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte for service. Eric Olsen

We have been using Toyota of Lake Norman for many years. Eric always takes good care of us! The communication is always good and they get us in and out pretty quick. We take both our Toyota's here and have tried other dealers and none compare. Call Eric for your service, he will take care of you!

2015 Camry

I bought my Camry about a month ago now and I still LOVE IT! This dealership is awesome and they are not pushy at all. I hate buying cars but they make this painless and effortless. Walter Hoover is awesome, he is straight forward and very honest. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, instead he tells you what you need to hear. Bobbi is awesome and very knowledgeable about the product. Between the two of them they are definitely a GREAT representation of the dealership. I am forever a Toyota of North Charlotte customer!!!!!
