The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciate that they didn't waste time haggling over pricing. I love my new 2024 Grand Highlander. The time got late in the evening so I was not able to be instructed on the interworking of all the technology. That is the only thing that I am working on and wish I would have allowed more time in my day for. But boy do I love my Grand Highlander!!
