Every time we request our service representative Rob Payson, they keep telling us he is not in the system. Someone needs to correct this problem asap.

I brought my car in for a 20,000 check.

I brought my car in for a 20,000 check. I asked to have a loaner car, however when I arrived there was not one available. I worked with George who went over and beyond to help me, however. I would have appreciated being given my options before arriving., so I could have plan my day. I ended up having a courteously car take me to my office.

Danielle Steven's was my Service Advisor. Danielle was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained ,in detail ,so there were no surprises on the work being accomplished and the approximate costs. She kept me informed through the entire process.
