Car service review

Great service this time done in a timely manner. Seems like price of regular car service goes up each time. Question need for new brake pads. Friendly staff.

Michael Anderson is an excellent salesman.

Went in to just browse used vehicles, but Michael knew exactly what I would be most happy with. Michael explained features of every vehicle he showed us on the lot. My heart was set on a "RAM 4-door" for many years now. Once we saw the 2019 "RAM" 4-door and Michael explained to us all about this vehicle, that was it! Given the fact that it has a "HEMI" is what convinced my husband that this is the truck for us. We are very happy with our new truck. This was a wonderful experience for us! Michael Anderson is the best!

Installed a trailer brake controller.

It was installed quickly. Looks good. Doesn’t interfere with driving. Haven’t tried it yet, so don’t know how well it works, but assume it will do well.

Good help

Super fast and super nice people my appointment wasn't till the next day and yet they found a way to get my car done the day before the appointment

Oil change

Always quick appointment and good service. Finished this time before I expected them to. They listened this time and didn’t wash the pickup. We live on a gravel road so it wouldn’t do any good until the road dries up.

Purchase without Fear

Hometown Motors is exactly this. Hometown quality service. If you buy from them you are family. They may not be the least expensive BUT you get service beyond the sale that can't be beat. I had an emergency trade in situation and not only had the perfect deal in a matter of 2 days I have the vehicle I never knew I truly wanted..Love my Dodge Ram 1500. A woman can buy on her own without fear! 💗

Transmission leak repair

Salesman went out of his way to help us with our purchase

Tyler was very kind and went out of his way to pick us up in Boise, as we flew into town to purchase our new vehicle. He was kind, prompt, honest and I would recommend him to friends and family to buy their next vehicle. I already know where I am going on my next purchase!

No high pressure sale tactic

Nothing will make me walk away faster than a salesman who uses high pressure sales tactics. Tyler Taylor, the salesman my husband and I met at Hometown Motors, is friendly, courteous knowledgeable about the dealership's inventory, and did not try to talk us into buying something we didn't want just to make a sale. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and and gave us the time we needed to make up our minds. If you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend visiting with Tyler Taylor at Hometown Motors.
