Lady call me and verified my part was there for my appt

Lady call me and verified my part was there for my appt dropped off my truck and was told when I picked it up the service wasn't done cause they didn't have my part but they did call me to tell me I needed other things so I did it the guy eric up front shouldn't be talking to people and I dont know how someone can be xxxx and ignorant when every question I asked he couldn't answer basic questions that people ask and all he kept saying is i dont know the whole time worst experience I've encountered at a dealership and I will not be goin back to starling in Titusville the whole experience was absurd and never should of happened as a matter of fact I believe I'll just boycott the whole company all together I also had a brake noise they didn't check claims they couldn't find anything even though u could hear it as I pulled in also afew other things that weren't done properly either and I will spread the word to others to stay away from starling chevrolet.

Scott and Daniel were quick and efficient.

Scott and Daniel were quick and efficient. Professional and friendly. They worked with us and assisted us with getting our new vehicle to where it fits us best, and did not play games in in the pursuit of money, i will continue to do business there, and suggest to my friends to do the same.
