This dealership was awesome. My car broke down, and they had it in same day and got a rental for me immediately. Volkswagen of the Quad Cities had me jump through so many hoops, but the Crystal lake dealership was amazing. Will not bring my cars anywhere else.

Although I wasn’t able to put a deal together with them that isn’t the reason for my rating. I’m rating low because of the typical dealer shenanigans which is why people hate car dealers these days. Lying about fees, wrong advertised price on cars.com and trying to come in 12k under trade value. Place just feels kind of dirty

I found this dealership through Google. I had a friend that worked at another Volkswagen dealer and when I went to buy a Tiguan from him, he wasn’t too flexible about the price so my girlfriend and I went over to Crystal Lake Volkswagen and there was Darrin who I never have met before greeted us at the front door. I told him I found the 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-Line and we sat down and he offered us coffee and then we discussed the price. We both agreed on a great price and I bought it. I couldn’t be more happier and now I know where to buy my future Volkswagen from. He has earned my respect and business which I will refer him to my Family and Friends.
