Jacob Petersen was my service associate a Jaguar of Seattle. Jacob was very professional, courteous & provided excellent customer service for the warranty work on my LR Evoque. The work was completed to my satisfaction & on time. I'd highly recommend Land Rover of Seattle for service & excellence to customer service.

We had a wonderful buying experience working with salesman Alexi, sales manager, BJ and general manager, Dmitri. We traded in a Jeep for a 2020 LR Discovery. At the time we made the purchase, our Jeep was not driveable and at another dealership awaiting COVID delayed parts. The other dealership was unable to locate parts locally so we had to wait many days. Despite not being able to present our Jeep to the dealership, they happily sent us home with our new Land Rover. Sure, they had our signed purchase agreement and down payment but released the new car to us with just our promise to bring the Jeep to them as soon as repairs were completed. That was the start of our multi-day stress-out because the Jeep's parts were on national back-order and each day we checked, the Jeep was still awaiting repairs. While we were frantic with the delay the folks at Jaguar Land Rover Seattle were most understanding. After nearly 2 weeks, we delivered the repaired Jeep and completed the purchase. To say that everyone at JLRS was professional, accommodating and gracious is an understatement. We appreciate all they did to accommodate us and can highly recommend this wonderful dealership. And we love our new Discovery!!

Sean was an absolute pro. He engaged with us early and often after I inquired about a new defender, but never overstepped and always responded a timely manner. He provided detailed follow ups every time , and allowed us time to make an informed decision. He was able to ‘QB’ the deal to close, and we appreciate his personable approach and kind demeanor. The dealer was pleasant to work with, but not without some stumbles at the ‘2 yd line’. We were explicit in communicating our preferred lender/ trade in requirements, but they presented us financing with their preferred bank (at a higher rate) and a low trade in offer at final signature. After a minor reset, everything was settled and agreed. Just make sure you are confident in your requirements and not take the first ‘offer’. One minor thing, but worth mentioning. Both the sales rep and financing manager kept having to leave the room to consult with what I assume to be the sales manager (at LEAST 10 times). His office was a corner glass room, so we could see him and the staff talk every time, but he never once engaged with us. A little strange that he was so involved in the sale but we literally never met. We got the impression that it was ‘them against us’, which lead to a general sense of distrust.

I find that your service for the vehicle was great....
I find that your service for the vehicle was great. However, you attention to the peprson was not. It was difficut to get someone on the phone and have questions answered. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I was willing to wait on hold to speak to someone. Not have a service loaner was pretty bad as well. I have a four year service compin up and don't know how long it will take and there is no loaner for the the event. Everyone seems nice, just not customer centric.

Sean was very professional and helpful throughout the car ordering and buying process. He was very calm and reassuring with the COVID delays and was always relating info to us when things came in. Great dealer to work with and happy that I drove 3 hours north to work with him vs going to my local dealer 30 minutes to the south! Says a lot for the team at JLR Seattle.

Jacob Peterson - my Service guy was STELLAR! He’s an absolute asset to your Team. It was his first day working as the Service person I discussed my vehicle Maintenance issues with- and pricing to repair the issues as well. He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to be sure i was completely satisfied with my Service experience at Land Rover.
