Mr Gardner was very professional with helping us in choosing the right car for our needs . We explained the different needs to our way of work and traveling, he showed us different SUV that would handle our needs so we thank him for that . The people that handled the financial part part , did an excellent job also , were thank all involved

I have yet to run into one employee that isn't more than willing to help you out. The finished work is always done professionally in their shop. It is a very friendly business.

The staff was able to direct me to the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my Nissan Sentra and can't wait to purchase many cars at Rothrock in the future.

Terrible customer service by the service manager. Took my...

Terrible customer service by the service manager. Took my car for an oil change and got it returned with it leaking oil and oil all over the motor. Returned again for them to fix it, because I understand accidents happen, but all they did was wash it off and returned it to me. Still was leaking oil everywhere and almost no oil in it which can cause severe damage to the car. It was unacceptable. Manager never apologized and second time that I had to pick the car up , he practically through the keys at me.
