I was charged for an assessment and then paid for a part I needed that never came in after more than two months. No one ever called me to update the status of the part and I only would find out when I placed a call to ask. The service was absolutely awful. I’ve purchased several vehicles at this location, but will never do that again based on this experience.

Customer service is not great. Had car an entire and never contacted me. I called and left voicemail and no call back after 48 hrs I called again and had to leave another voicemail for a call back. They finally called back about 1 1/2 hours after my 2nd voicemail.

Autumn was great to work with. She can out to me as a oon as I pulled in the drop off bay.
