Blair and Christopher Johnston did a great job building

Blair and Christopher Johnston did a great job building rapport quickly with our daughter and family. They helped us negotiate and find the right price for our daughter. Thank you for your patience with us and for sharing your knowledge about the car and the best way to finance it! This was our first experience with Nissan and we are happy to have met you both! The only feedback I’d give for Riggs is that he took over the transaction from Christopher and we didn’t know what happened, but he came over and gave us the bottom line without building rapport which then made us feel defensive. The trust wasn’t there because rapport wasn’t there. The negative feelings and the deal almost didn’t happen over pennies, but it was the underlying feelings that made us almost walk away. I also understand he was holding tight because he was trying to get the best deal for the dealership too. I wish the negative feelings were not there and that we could have left with more of a positive feeling overall. I think we would have come to that agreement without Riggs stepping in, but I could be wrong! It was a great learning experience for our daughter and again, she’s loving the freedom of having her new wheels! Thank you all for your patience and understanding as this was a huge purchase for our family! We will recommend Hart Nissan to all of our friends and definitely send all the teenagers we know to deal with Blair, she really was amazing how she established a friendship with our daughter right away and that’s great for business! Blair was awesome! Thank you!

Ordered my Nissan Ariya back in 2021 and it finally came

Ordered my Nissan Ariya back in 2021 and it finally came Dec 31st 2022; I went to see it and love it; there was no pressure to buy the vehicle from the dealer and our representative Chris was very nice and helpful; the whole process took a lil longer then I expected; but I’m not putting that on Nissan Hart!

The customer service at Hart Nissan is beyond amazing! Every single step involved in the process of buying my current vehicle was perfect! Our salesman, Rod, was enthusiastic and he made sure to get us correct, reliable answers to every question of ours! Not feeling misled or deceived by a salesman was a welcomed breath of fresh air! Every person we interacted with was kind and helpful. To say we felt welcomed and taken care of would be an understatement. This entire dealership shows that they care about their integrity, both personally and as a business, and truly care about their customers!

Sold my son a diesel.

Sold my son a diesel. The check engine light came on. Then the throttle body kept stop working and his truck slowed down without any warning in the middle of the interstate. They "Fixed It", which just a lie. We took it closer to home "They fixed" it, which was just a lie. The issue cannot be found on this truck. Hart Nissan promised to find us another truck, but of course that didn't happen either. Reporting to the BBB. STAY Away from them. They just want your money.
