We have purchased twelve cars from Lowes and never had a bad experience . Bruce Parrish our sales consultant was outstanding from the time we walk in to the time we took delivery . The deals are great!!!

Initially me and my wife just came in to get our 2005...

Initially me and my wife just came in to get our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 checked out so that we could get it re-registered. While our truck was in the shop getting checked out, we ran into Kenny Allen and right away he was friendly and courteous with us. He showed us around the lot on his cart and we checked out the different trucks that were on the lot. I was not planning on getting a new truck or anything because ours was already paid off. We test drove the new 2013 and 2014 Chevrolet Silverado's and I tell you, there is no comparison between the two. I fell in love with the 2014 model. After some consideration, and some persuasion by my wife, we agreed upon a price that was too good to pass up. This isn't the end of our experience with Lowe's though. Not only did we trade our Dodge Ram in and walked out with a brand new Chevrolet Silverado, but my wife traded her Hyundai Elantra in and she walked out with a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. And she is paying less on this car than she was on the Hyundai. Short to say, I am extremely happy with our experience with Lowe's. Both Kenny Allen and Brandon Shoemaker made our time spent at Lowe's happy and very pain-free. It's not often that I come across a dealership where the salesman aren't pushy and overbearing. We will definitely be recommending Lowe's to our friends that are looking for a new vehicle.

We gave Bruce criteria for a vehicle that proved difficult for sales people at other locations, but he listened and got us exactly what we wanted. He's hardworking, kind, not pushy at all, and worked out the payment that we wanted. I cant wait to buy another vehicle from him!

I bought my new Aveo from Bruce Parrish and got a great...

I bought my new Aveo from Bruce Parrish and got a great deal. Bruce was super throughout the process and filled the car with gas the day I picked it up. A few months later I hit a deer with my Aveo and did extensive damage to the front drivers side. I took the car to Lowe's body shop for repair. They gave me a loaner car for the entire time my car was in the shop and did a superb job fixing the car as good as new. I have used the shop for maintenance on my Aveo every time I changed my oil and they have also been fantastic. I am well treated when I visit Lowe Chevrolet and it all started with Bruce Parrish and the sales experience.

Chuck was very honest, and friendly. No one likes working on a saturday, but he was patient and gave us the best deal possible. Chuck and the over all experience is the reason I WILL be going back to Lowe Chevrolet to purchase my next vehicle.

I shopped on line and found my Chevy Dully I wanted. I was waiting for an insurance settlement and they worked with me to purchase the truck with some money down, till I could finish buying the truck. My sales person Melissa Callen listened to what I needed, wasn't pushy like some dealers and saw to it I got what I needed. Another employee helped me arrange the final paperwork, saw to it the truck had a full tank of gas and that I was satisfied with the truck. They also helped set up my cell phone with the truck and gave me several months of Onstar in case i needed assistance on the road. My overall experience from the get go was Excellent ! I refer my friends to them . I have also kept their Lowe Chevy plate on my back bumper to advertise them to others when I drive my truck. Thanks Melissa and fellas at Lowe Chevy in Waynesville, Mo. From the moment i stepped foot on the Lowe Chevrolet...

From the moment i stepped foot on the Lowe Chevrolet parking lot I knew it was going to be a good experience. The sales personnel were nice, with each and everyone of them having a smile on their face followed by a friendly hello. I had a the pleasure of working with one salesmen named Rick Dourlain. Rick was not the type of salesperson who would try to make the buyer spend more than he/she wanted. He was not pushy like most salespeople, he focused on what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and went from there. Not only did he make sure everything was okay with my newly purchased vehicle the day I drove it off the lot, but the next day as well he made sure everything was going fine and was making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for reasonable pricing, great salespeople, and an overall great experience with their car shopping to head in to Lowe's Chevrolet where you will be 100% satisfied. I also recommend asking for Rick Dourlain when making and purchases!

I entered everything Very Bad because after my purchase...

I entered everything Very Bad because after my purchase of my vehicle they did not follow through with the promises they made. They said they would fix minor things here and there and order parts and also detail my vehicle. Well, the detail was "supposed" to be a complete, there was STILL dirt up in the wheel wells and the vacuum job was horrible. Three weeks after my purchase I went back and the parts were not ordered at all, so I myself had to make the orders. Doug Henson was my salesman and he is the guy that made the promises, that he never fell through with. I also wanted Doug's boss to give me a call about the vehicle, it's been over a week now and still no phone call. I've purchased about 5 different vehicles since I've been driving and this was by far the worst experience ever. I'm not saying that to be childish, I'm saying that because I really feel that way and I will never go back for anything.
