Michael hooked me up like crazy, I wish there was 6 stars for VIP service. I leased a brand new rediculous Ram Pickup 1500 Crew Cab Sport model (HEMI), All blacked out and has every feature that you could imagine. I never thought I could afford this dream truck. The truck is so awesome and VIP made it happen in no time (3 days from intro to driving in style) and delivered it to my house. They took back my old lease with out a question. I didn't have to do anything. All I did was be annoying and change my mind on the model I wanted 3 times in a 3 day span, and no matter what I asked they said yes and delivered immediately. I originally was looking for a base model pickup truck to save money, after hearing the deals and amazing pricing they offer, I ended up with the baddest pickup out right now for the same money I was paying for a stock base model boring Ford F-150. This is my first HEMI, I cant believe the power this beast has. I live deep in Queens and this was not an issue for them at all, never even mentioned it. Danny delivered it to my driveway and spent 2 hours with me discussing every little detail that I didn't even known existed, hooked up my phone, bluetooth, audio settings and a bunch of other little items and advice about tweaking my ride, that would have took me months to figure everything out. I was really treated like a VIP. I already sent 3 family/friend referrals to them this week. These guys are the real deal. Sadly I have been getting ripped off for years by big box dealerships. I don't leave reviews ever, but these guys deserve it. Don't waste time or money anywhere else. VIP just flipped the auto leasing business on its head, good bye traditional dealerships. Misha took charge and got me out of my old truck and into a brand new jeep. Saved me a bunch of money, and all in under a week from start to finish. He's friendly and forthcoming and highly efficient. I had to do no leg work, car was delivered straight to my house.

I leased a brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue (almost) fully loaded back in August. I'm 23 years old, just graduated college, my credit is good but I didn't have much credit history. I was nervous I wasn't going to get approved, and I didn't! However John from VIP called and made sure he got me approved. He explained to the credit card company that I had just graduated college, was just offered a job, etc. and he helped me get approved right away. He was excellent. He also beat everyone else's prices on the island. When I tell people how much I pay for my car, everyone's reaction is priceless. I definitely recommend going to VIP, especially to John. I will never go anywhere else!

So excited today my 2016 Chrysler 300 was delivered from vip auto and I have to say it is the best by far auto sales out there the prices are absolutely amazing the people are even nicer they work with you every step of the way everything was done in a day the guy Viraj who sold me the car is an amazing salesman he worked with us and helped us get the right car for the right price not to many car dealers care what you want they try to sell u on anything but what you want but not here vip makes sure you get what you want for the price you want I highly recommend vip auto

I was looking for a specific truck and over a 5 week span I only saw it in person at a dealership once, apparently this truck sold itself at least that's why the Island Jeep dealership wouldn't come below the MSRP. Spoke to Brandon and 2 days later I had the truck for $100 less a month. Excellent service and it was a pleasure pulling up to the Island Jeep dealership in my new truck to get my deposit back.
