Were ready for me when I arrived, quick check-in process, staff courteous, clean comfortable waiting area, clean rest room, easy checkout, gave me paperwork. One problem: I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash when I checked in, which surprised me since I was only there for a recall issue and knew I would not pay anything. But, of course, I said I would love a car wash. Well, when I got my car, I realized it had not been washed, and the paperwork says I got a car wash. It was not necessary, but they offered. Just saying......
