Reuber did not stand behind there word when I bought the car the grill came off while I was driving home. I stopped on freeway to retrieve it I took the car back they and they replaced it 4 days later it came off again because it probably needed to be replaced and put back on until this day they never replaced it. I’ve called and called no return call I am a very unhappy customer, I will NEVER recommend Reuber. They didn’t go over how to turn on heater so I’m still finding out how to use stuff inside so I had to refer to book and outside mechanic. Who ordered new grill and replaced it at my expense . They appear to be unprofessional and they seem to hire cheep labor who has never sold cars. I had to direct the sales people. They greet you with open arms but after u purchase you are on your own. The manager said and I quote he had to get ok from owners to replace grill and THAT never happen, had I known I would have gone elsewhere

Regrettable purchase
We bought a Chevy equinox from them with no hassle and hardly any money down and what seemed like a great warranty. We loved the car and service so much that we bought another car, a GMC acadia, from them. Months later our equinox started having problems and the cam shaft had to be replaced which we paid for out of pocket because apparently it wasn't covered under the warranty even though its listed under the warranty! Then a few weeks after that the acadia shut off. Had it towed to pep boys who said the steering pump and steering cooler had to be replaced along with the serpintine belt. Again the warranty wouldn't cover it and we recieved no help from drive time on warden rd or their customer relations department. Now we are stuck with a car that has an 800.00 bill to get it repaired. And the equinox has stopped running too. So two cars down!!! I wish I would have dome some research on these snakes.

Great experience!
Everyone at drive time was as nice and helpful as can be. I was able to put the truck I purchased on layaway until I had the money for my full downpayment. All of their vehicle's were clean and all had low mileage on them. Overall I was 100% satisfied with my experience!

A great experience!
I had heard of DT through a few sources, and once my car gave out, reuiring a total engine rebuild, I felt that is where I needed to go. A history of medical bills left me with bad credit and a hard time going anywhere else! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a guarantee that they could put me in a car with little money down. The whole experience was great- and I left that day with a car!

Second chance with bad credit.
After having a vehicle stolen that I had only had six months, my husband and I were left with no down payment or trade in. With bad credit we were unable to get anything anywhere else with little or nothing down. Drive Time got us in a vehicle for very little down payment. It is what I consider to be a nice vehicle with low mileage for being a used vehicle. Can't say enough about how nice and understanding they were and how awesome De'Unta is!
