Gina in Service makes every customer feel like they are...

Gina in Service makes every customer feel like they are the most important customer of the day. I've never seen a Service Representative that looks out for the best interest of the Customer like Gina does. Normally a Salesperson would forget their Customer the minute they sell the car. However, Nick still works in the background to make sure every service visit is flawless. We've been buying from Massapequa Infiniti for 6 years and would never go anywhere else.

Booked an appointment for service with a Loaner 2 WEEKS...

Booked an appointment for service with a Loaner 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Sat with a service advisor Gina who had a bad attitude. Told me there was no loaners cause of COVID. Bunch of BS service manager frank was rude as well and basically told me that she lied but that they preferred to keep loaner cars for other customers.... they didn’t even check to see what LT car needed. It’s a brand new 2021 Q50. They treat you like Kia customers here.

Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, we’ve had to reduce our fleet of loaner vehicles and are only able to offer them to our customers at this time. We apologize if this explanation still isn’t acceptable to you. We aren’t able to accommodate everyone we’d like to and this was also explained t o you. While we would’ve been able to have your vehicle serviced without access to a loaner vehicle, the carrying on you proceeded with in our store wasn’t acceptable and will never be. Luckily, there are several choices for someone like yourself to have the vehicle serviced in the area, but perhaps you’d be better off servicing the vehicle where you purchased it since it is a relatively new vehicle and you are in the automotive business. In any event, we are sorry our policies weren’t acceptable to you and aren’t surprised by this and any other reviews you feel necessary to leave. Please stay safe during this pandemic.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I have bought a 46,000 dollar vehicle along with an extended warranty. It was delivered to me as I live out of state. It had a problem from the first time I drove it. I was told by a local Ford dealer that the vehicle was NOT safe to drive. This dealership said it was the extended warranties responsibility and the warranty company said it never should have been sold with this issue. Reaching out to NY's Attorney General's office, The Better Business Bureau and a local lawyer. Poor service is an understatement! Run away ....

We would like for you to pay for the repairs that should have been done before this car was sold to any customer. We trusted your company to do the right thing. We believed this car was in good running standards. The extended warrenty company tells us this never should have been sold in this condition. They are not going to cover any of the repairs needed. After receiving a response on your website by "the owner" i called to talk with he/she. The sales person who answered the phone on Saturday said they would pass a msg along to the used vehicle sales mgr. I told that person ive already spoken to him and he isn't going to repair the car. I then asked for the owners name & #. He told me he couldn't help me and refused to give me the owners information. I asked again and he HUNG up on me!!! Yes, you're reading that right. He HUNG up on me. Im even more disappointed now & with a car too unsafe to drive. What should you do to make this right you ask? That answer would be to cover the cost of the repairs.

If you bring a vehicle in for service and the problem isn’t fixed would you still pay? I would avoid this place, and I will never be buying another Infiniti
