This dealership is the worst they were supposed to rotate

This dealership is the worst they were supposed to rotate my tires. They forgot to do it. Customer service customer service is terrible. I’ve called him numerous times about a couple issues and they never got back to me. Nobody seems to care at this dealership sell the car and leave you.

I just recently purchased a brand new car with salesman

I just recently purchased a brand new car with salesman Jean Aristide and he was extremely helpful! Great communication, concerns/questions answered in a timely manner, he knew the difference between each car (which was really helpful), overall professionalism and showed interest in what i was looking for in a car. My experience while shopping for a car was great. From the staff, to the managers, and driving off the lot in a new car. I’ll choose ALM Hyundai West any day

Sales was great.

Sales was great. Price could have been better. Needed a cargo cover on a scale of 1 to 10. I could give a 11 if there was a cargo cover Lo h I8-720

The associate himself did the best he could, however, the processes at this dealership are awful! I’m a return customer, but I will not be coming back. The dealership has been remodeled, but the systems are not. I’ve been contacting them every week to get my information regarding my tags. I’ve been driving around with expired tags for two weeks and after making several attempts to understand the delays, I was told it was because an emissions test was not done on the car that I just purchased. I went to get an emissions test on my own and was told I would have to go to the dealership myself to pick up my tags or it would be mailed in 7 days. It’s been 10 days and still no tags or reimbursement. They also sold me on a warranty and I’ve been asking to be contacted. I’ve sent several emails, called several times. I finally got someone that said they called but no voicemail was left. I am someone who likes to and tries to leave good reviews for companies but I’ve had enough. Much work needs to be done at this dealership. This was so unfortunate.
