I helped a family friend purchase her vehicle from Joe Maus CDJR and Raul Mendoza was PHENOMENAL. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, got us a great deal with Blake, and had Samantha in her new ride in just a few hours. Definitely go see Raul if you're in the market!

Hello, I bought a f150 last year in March.

Hello, I bought a f150 last year in March. The breaks needed to be replaced. I found out that the break calibers have rust allover them and the bottom of the truck is rusted all over. I am very dissatisfied with this. I thought this was a good dealership.

Kenny was great to work with Kenny. Agreed to terms over the phone and no surprises when I showed up in person. Straightforward and honest deal without any games.

Went in to browse and had questions on options for

Went in to browse and had questions on options for purchase. I was introduced to Kenny Snelgrove. He is truly an asset to Joe Maus. He didn't pressure me and answered all of my questions. He listened to my concerns and what I was looking for. He found me the perfect vehicle and I'm over the moon excited with it. He did an outstanding job!!!!!

The worst salesman and manager David Durden, who deceived

The worst salesman and manager David Durden, who deceived us with the Dodge Durango SRT, claimed that there was no damage, but the car arrived with a damaged door panel, also the car did not have a mat and a secret bolt, it was very interesting to hear advice from David that having bought a car for $ 64,000 I still have to go to Amazon and find the mat and secret bolt, also they did not provide me with temporary numbers with the car and said that it was my problem how I would drive it without a number, I think that people like David should be fired without any restrictions.

Sold me a jeep and 10 days later went in with a check

Sold me a jeep and 10 days later went in with a check engine light. All they did was clear the light bc they assumed I didn’t want to pay the diagnostic fee. 2 weeks later engine is going crazy and they tried to charge me $10k for a new engine. Lied saying it was warped and head gaskets were blown. They weren’t. Got the rudest service from the GM and service manager. Something in the engine is messed up and I just traded it back in on 12/2/24 and they already have it up for sale! They only care about making money. I do NOT recommend this dealership.

Paid over 1800 dollars for oil change, brake light

Paid over 1800 dollars for oil change, brake light replacement and repair starter issue. When i attempted to start my truck the starter stalled as it was doing before it was “repaired”. The service department kept my truck for 2 months and it’s still not fixed and they say they dont know anything else to do with it. So im out over 1800 dollars and problem is not fixed!!
