Worst ever
never Have I ever , ever been in a more unorganized, more unprofessional dealership.. If you work for your money Have kids ,Bill's and one ounce of common sense... stay away.....!!!!!!These people tried every way to lie there way me out of 31,000 dollars for a 23,000 dollar truck... Sir, No one lied to you. We honor the Internet price posted at 23,724 for the 2014 RAM 1500 (R170550A). Our FINIAL number was $23,500 at $359. You wanted to be at $325 a month. You were in disagreement with the outcome of the payment. Which we have no control. As you know, YOUR credit score determines your monthly payment. We apologize that you feel the way and we still honor the price.
Lies lies lies
I spent 2 days on the phone with Steve Learn explaining exactly my needs and my position on purchasing a new 2500. He went above and beyond to outright lie to me about my requests. Once I made the hour drive down there and realized what a liar he is I certainly wasn’t buying anything here. I can’t stand and will not abide a liar and put him on the spot about it and was threatened with the police. Because I wasn’t happy about being lied to and mislead INTENTIONALLY. These people have zero integrity. You can go literally anywhere else and be dealt with more respectfully and honestly. Then Greg Turpin yelled that I shouldn’t be mad at them about my credit. Hey Greg, you never ran my credit. You don’t have a clue about my credit. But I’ve seen your childish responses to other reviews and it seems to be the only answer you have. That’s not what people are mad about. People are mad about your complete lack of integrity. You’re pathetic.

As you stated, YOU lost your cool and was asked to leave due to FOUL LANGUAGE in the showroom. BUT from time to time, a dealership runs into a customer like you who is HIGH STRUNG and cannot be, please. We are NOT perfect, but we aim for perfection to help any customer to meet their goals.
Yeah I said bulls**t in the showroom. As I said, I can't stand and won't abide a liar. Yes I did buy a new truck from Landers McLarty and the experience was excellent. Know what they did that made it so great? They are honest and operate with integrity. They listen to what you say and work toward your goals and needs. You should try it. Reading around the internet about your dealership, one can quickly find how unprofessional, rude and pathetic you are at University. When I do need service, I'm sure Landers McLarty will be happy to accommodate my needs. I wouldn't buy a spare key from you people. Since you brought it up, one need only read through reviews about your service department to know to stay far away from them as well. The fact remains that Mr. Learn repeatedly LIED to me and MISLEAD me over the telephone on SEVERAL occasions. I highly doubt you people are capable of wrapping your minds and your operation around the idea of integrity but study on it nonetheless. It would serve you well. I looked for my truck for 6 months and spent time in contact with no less than a dozen different dealers, NONE of which I ever had any such trouble with. But hey, you DID sell one for Landers McLarty. Good job.

Mr. Turpen was very kind, professional. knowledgeable and helpful in ordering me the vehicle which I wanted. He did everything he could to find me incentives. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.
