The attitude and culture this dealer has established is impressive. Each person I dealt with was respectful, un-patronizing, patient and focused on satisfying my needs in the process of buying a used truck from them. They really went above my expectations in terms of their willingness to negotiate with me as well as their willingness to help me get my original truck back to my home when I drove the new (to me) truck off the lot. This was the second vehicle I have bought after locating it via the internet and this experience was so much better than the first. This dealer seems to understand that long term customer relationships can be created and maintained even for internet sales.
