I am extremely disappointed with my experience at
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Infiniti. I originally came in to look at a BMW, only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle was no longer available. I was then encouraged to look around and ended up purchasing a Honda Accord — which has been nothing but a headache from the moment I drove it off the lot. The car has had multiple issues, and when I brought it back to address them, I was told everything was fine. The very next morning, I woke up to find the same issues persisting. Now, every warning indicator in the car is on, and the problems remain unresolved.

Phil in finance was the most incompetent person I’ve ever
Phil in finance was the most incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with. Had this vehicle not been the one I wanted I would have walked away. Terrible team working there.

On January 13, 2025, I called Grand Infiniti of Macon to buy a new 2025 QX80. We wrapped everything up over the phone, and I planned to swing by that day. But work got in the way, so I let my salesperson, Barry, know I couldn’t make it. He insisted on going above and beyond, offering to deliver the car to me that same day. I appreciated the gesture, especially since the dealership is a solid 2.5-hour drive from me, but I figured I could just come in the next day without any hassle. But Barry wasn’t having it. Fast forward to around 8:45 PM, and Barry shows up in Albany, GA, about an hour away from my home, asking me to meet him at a gas station. I drove over, excited to finally see my new ride. The parking lot was a bit dark, but I did a thorough check of the vehicle before signing all the paperwork in the back seat. The next day, while working from home, I got a text from Barry reminding me to leave him a review, which I happily did, snapping a picture of him handing me the keys. Later, as I stepped outside to grab some things from my new car, I noticed a scratch on the front bumper. Upon closer inspection, I found multiple dents in the bumper and fender, plus serious damage to two tires. I immediately texted Barry saying, "We have a problem," and sent him photos of the damage. He responded, “We will get that handled.” A week went by with no word from Barry, despite my numerous emails and texts updating him on the situation, and mentioning I might reach out to the general manager. The pictures I sent only showed the damage but not the "golden ticket" photo of him handing me the keys. I sent that picture to the general manager, which clearly highlighted the damage, thanks to my iPhone flash got things I missed in the dim light. I noticed my five-star review had been removed, probably to protect themselves after I posted the picture of the damage. Another week passed with no communication from Barry until he finally called, asking for my car that same day. Unfortunately, I was dealing with a family emergency and heading to Pensacola for my aunt's funeral. The following week, we got hit with nearly nine inches of snow, and Barry still wanted me to bring the car in. As a real estate agent, my car is essential for my work. I had a closing in Peachtree City, so I told them I’d drop it off then. But they had given me very short notice about picking up my car, which felt unprofessional given the distance to the dealership. When I arrived, Barry was rude, suggesting the damage happened after delivery. He brushed off the pictures I sent, claiming they didn’t show much, and insisted that if the car had been damaged before delivery, it would’ve been sent back to the manufacturer. He was stunned when I pulled out the photo of him handing me the keys, clearly showing the damage. I asked for the manager to come out and hear our conversation. The manager, who had just started the day before, and has lied and said he’s been in contact with me.. I have never spoke to him on a phone what so ever! After dropping my car off on January 29, 2025, I received no updates or communication from the dealership. I’ve been in touch with the Infiniti USA executive team, and my caseworker told me the dealership claimed they’d been in direct contact with me, which was simply not true. The first text I received from Barry was, “Hey Tyler, this is Barry with Grand Infiniti of Macon. Your vehicle will be here tomorrow. When is a good day and time for pickup?” Again, no notice. Last week, my car was picked up from the Macon location and taken to Grand Motor Cars outside of Atlanta. I got alerts that my sunroof was open and all the windows were down on February 6 while it was being driven around. My car was just sitting for a week in Macon and taken to a mom annd pops car repair shop and work didn’t start until Saturday. But its all ready on Monday???? I've ran out room! To type! But this was a 100,000 plus xq80

Do NOT buy from this dealership!
Do NOT buy from this dealership!! I was not given a temporary tag for my vehicle. It took three weeks, a missed day of work, and several hours on the phone before I received a temporary tag on the mail. I purchased my vehicle on 12/20/24 and to date have not received my tag nor is it showing in the database as submitted. Worst car buying experience ever!!!

It is very simple and straight forward.
It is very simple and straight forward. Their finance Employee, Phillips, tricked me in financing a Car by showing me a final cost breakdown, which I signed to acknowledge and approve the deal, with one low MSRP and filled the financing papers with a different and higher MSRP, with additional “fee” and “insurances” without my approbation. Thinking that we were dealing with a trustworthy person, we both signed only to, later, find out that we were duped. When I went back to the Dealer and asked “Grand Infinity of Macon” to make thing right, all I have gotten is the run around and more lies to justify their dishonest act. I will come back with more details… to be continued. The warning that I am giving you all is to Be careful of “ Grand Infinity of Macon” or, simply, Stay away from them.

If I could give no stars, I would.
If I could give no stars, I would. This "dealership" has NO customer service as it was very xxxxty. Trying to take advantage of a single mother. Saying the car will be there a certain day and it wasn't, they were playing games. Said to come back Monday when they could've had the car there that day. Anyways, the Salesman tells us that we're not locked in, okay great. We decided to go a different route as we found her a great deal on a car that'll be very reliable for her and the kids. We went back up there to grab the keys and tell them we went a different route AND THEY WOULD NOT HAND THE KEYS OVER TO HER VEHICLES THAT WE WERE TRADING IN! The GM, managers, salespeople and the ladies at the front desk were all laughing at us because they weren't gonna give up her keys as they "claimed" they already funded the deal. No y'all didn't! she doesn't have the car and we called the bank, etc. PLUS THE DEAL WASNT DONE! Deal is never done till you drive the car off the lot. Us women knew that and were not dumb like they tried to make us feel like. SO THEREFORE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! And if y'all do decide to go, DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR KEYS! They will try to trap you thinking the deal is done when it isn't!! Infiniti of Macon, YALL ARE TRASH! Y'all need new people to run the place that has great customer service!!

This dealership is completely unprofessional.
This dealership is completely unprofessional. The entire time I was dealing with them I just kept getting the feeling that they have no idea how to sell a car. They are not responsive to questions or requests and instead just keep ignoring everything you ask them. I'm buying from a distance and they sent me a video that looked like it was shot by a 5 year old with an iPhone 4, with no commentary or pointing out of known issues, blemishes, etc. I felt like I had to teach them how to sell a car. It's no wonder the car I was looking at has been on the lot two months, they do not inspire confidence in a buyer.
