Excellent service, Daniel Choo was very helpful to solve

Excellent service, Daniel Choo was very helpful to solve my problems. When my car was in service, I got a loaner car to drive, the process was simple and easy returning the car.

Terrible experience for service - took almost one hour to

Terrible experience for service - took almost one hour to check in & get a loaner car. I have been coming to this dealership for over 10 yrs (bought 4 GLS at this place) & always impressed by the service department but this time it was awful.

By the way, I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am & arrived at the dealership around 8:50 am. On a positive note, Daniel Choo, my service advisor was very professional and helpful - he did his best but the dealership obviously overbooked their service appointments and did not have enough people to provide good service I am used to.
