This was the best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had. We worked with Vlad who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Shaun was fantastic as well and what I appreciated most about both Shaun and Vlad is they had an expectation of excellence that I'd heard about from Mercedes. They saw things that we noticed on our vehicle, acknowledged it, and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. The most dreaded experience for me, in the past, was going to the finance department because it feels like you get nickel and dime left-and-right. That was NOT the case here! The finance manager Paul was fantastic. Knew what was important to us, focused on that and helped guide us on the right decisions. Last, we had to bring our 2 year old with us, which can be a stressful experience as a car dealership is usually not a place for toddlers to be but the entire Mercedes team was so gracious and kind to our son. Really went the extra mile for us and we will be forever-Mercedes customers now! Class act all around! Can't say enough how blown away we were at MB Laguna Niguel!

If you are looking for an honest salesperson to work with, then look no further than Josh Vasile. I wasn't sure which Sprinter was the right one for me so we drove them all. He was patient and extremely knowledgable of the product and helped me decide which was right for me. The puchase process was easy, even on a busy day. Everyone I met was kind and helpful.
