Amazing experience!

I won't shop anywhere else
The address is 1 Star, but I'm giving MB of Laguna Niguel 5 stars! My husband bought our 1st Mercedes from Costa the Russian, 2 years ago from another dealership, and he kept in touch so we knew where to find him when it was time to get a new one. His reputation definitely precedes him, and I appreciated his "everything is no problem" attitude, and professionalism. He and Tony, the sales manager, really worked the most amazing deal, and I truly feel they did the best they could for our personal situation. Even finance was easy and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that!

I never thought that buying car would be this enjoyable
My experience with buying the GLA-Class Mercedes@MBLN was enjoyable and satisfying. What I like most about this sale transaction with Russ Ellis is honesty and quick. My husband put in a bid for the car that I want and Russ responded within a few hours. After a few days locating the car, we came to test drive and process the loan paperwork. We test drive and got our car and the loan paperwork process within 2 hours. It is the fastest and relax experience that I ever had with buying a car and that was because Russ honor this deal and the financing service gave us the loan rate that we want. It is the first time ever that I have bought a car that I don't feel that I am paying for features/options that I don't need and want. My husband felt that he got the best deal for the car since Russ is the only one who agreed with the bid. Russ is also very knowledgeable with the feature and how the car runs so he told us ahead of time of what it would feel like when we shift gear.

Our experience @MBLN should be what Car Buying should be
I think what we experienced @MBLN should be the only experience anyone should get. Carson, who managed the entire transaction over two days made our experience pleasant, informative and personalized. We initiated our transaction via eMail exchange by defining our very specific requirement. I must give MBLN team an extra point for listening and keeping the transaction tailored to what we communicated. We spent around hour and half on first day and left the dealership with an offer which we did not even feel we needed to negotiate. Carson was just professional, transparent and candid. We did not go with a mind-set that we will be offered something which we may not be able to refuse. Carson understood our dilemma and we mutually decided to sleep on it for a day. By next day afternoon we decided to go with the option, sent an eMail to Carson, scheduled an appointment and by 8 PM we were on our way with our new B-Class, our first Electric. Carson managed the entire transaction from top to bottom. I think this is a key reason for MBLN's success. The Internet Sales management team seem to be very informed and focused on customer service. Finally Shawn made our paper work process easy, clear and easy. A truly five star experience.

I got what i wanted while feeling relaxed.
I had a great experience at the hands of Mark Hansen. I had just spent the whole morning going through selling my previous car privately so last thing I needed was a headache trying to get a new car. I had been looking around, before selling my car, at various makes and models so I was done with the dealership experience by now. Mark however made it simple and painless to get the car I was looking for; and I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership. I'm now happily leasing and driving a new GLK 250, and I am happy about the gas it will be saving me.

Working with Kevin Galaviz was a GREAT experience!!!
Great experience headed up by Kevin Galaviz. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a great salesman. The process was smooth and easy, I was in and out in less then an HOUR! That is unheard of, the day long trips to buy a car are over with. Give Kevin a call, and he will make it quick and painless. Also I got a great deal. I owed over $12k in damage and overages with mileage. Plus $4300 in negative equity on my trade it. And Kevin got the dealership to work out a great deal. They ate all of my fees and costs and got me in my dream car! LOVE my 2015 C-300!! Thank you Kevin and of course Ali (Sales Manager) for all your hard work on getting this deal done.
