Michael was very easy to work with. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication. He never pressured me as that was my one request and he took the time even when I moved a little slow. He allowed me time to do research on my own after the introduction of the Santa Fe and welcomed me each time I went back to take another peek. It was a 3 week process for me to decide if this was right for me. The office staff were efficient and kind and explained everything that I need to understand on the finance part. My total experience will have me return to them in the future.
