I started looking for my third Mini about 6 months ago (I own two 1275 classic Cooper S's). I visited the mini dealer nearest me and was appalled. High pressure, arrogant as if they were doing me a favor to let me buy a new mini at above list price. I started looking online and found one that was pretty close to what I was looking for at Knauz. Rob Hill quoted a price and then I had a "domestic discussion" about why I needed a third Mini. Rob sold the Mini I was interested in before the end of the "domestic discussion". I subsequently ordered my new Cooper S and Rob was great, providing delivery date and making all the arrangements for delivery. The entire sales process was the best I have experienced at a dealership. Cole Syslo went through all the controls and details very thoroughly. The service advisor Steve answered all my gearhead questions. I was pleased to learn Cole will schedule a follow up to answer and questions now that I have had an opportunity to drive my new Mini. Thanks guys for the great experience.

We worked with Rob Hill. It took us less than an hour to go in, test drive, negotiate an offer, and leave with a huge smile on our faces over the deal we were able to make on a Mini Clubman. The salesman, Rob, and the sales manager, were so nice, non-aggressive, and actually kind, that I left wondering if we had actually just bought a car. It felt like we were working with family. Recently I started my research for a vehicle and started calling and visiting dealers. I was highly surprised at the level of aggressiveness with which dealers dealt with me and almost everybody wanted me to drive the car out of the dealership the same day and they were very rude some even not being courteous. This all had made my experience very sour and then I came across Rob from Knouz Mini dealership. The car that i was interested in was luckily the best offer that i was getting. I stay 2.5 hours away from this dealer but just based on few emails and a few phone calls Rob reserved the car for me and even put a "sold" sticker on in. I drove the next day and took the delivery and that was the first time I paid any money to him( he reserved the car for me even without taking any advance). A true gentleman and a man of his words.

Rob was great to work with when making a recent purchase of a used car. I never felt pressured and he went the extra mile to make sure certain requests of mine were met. Doug, too, in finance was very friendly.

I just purchased a volcanic orange with black and white checkered side mirrors four door mini S . It was totally fun to design the car myself --a refreshing, sporty change from my SUV! I love the way the car drives, with the option for more zip or more fuel economy. My personal salesman, Jerry, was very attentive and generous and Cole, was truly a "genius" in helping me navigate all the high-tech features. He was very patient and helpful .
