The usual false advert. $22k advert , so I call and ask, is that the price or is there a $2k like many dealers, reply, no that is the price no additional fees. Come on, we will have the car ready for a test drive. She forgot to tell me about the 20% add on cost, not $2k but $4k ! Car was in the middle of their lot, would take 45 minutes to get access. They know not to waste time jockeying cars bc most people will see the pricing and walk. Total waste of time.

Service was great and the dealership was good in assisting me with scheduling, as well as sending reminders. Quick turn-around for the service.

Do not waist your time in this dealership they are very rude unprofessional and don’t help resolving any issues I got screamed at by one of the employees for them doing a incorrect maintenance in my car her name is Gisele to be correct she even called the cops on me. The guy from service is also disrespectful and got into a argument with me n be little me saying look what type of car I drive n look at the xxxx you drive don’t come here they are a total rip off.

The dealership took my car at the scheduled time and let me know when to come pick it up. Everyone was very kind, as usual.

Total scam artists. They get you in the door and then once you sit down they say the price on the car is for "financing only" and then add $4000 to the sitcker price! Horrible people.

Theyre scammers that add extra hidden fees to the actual car dont recommend this place

He walked me through the entire transaction and made me feel comfortable buying this vehicle. I would recommend purchasing from Elite Mitsubishi.

I was interested in purchasing an Audi A4 sedan which I found from Elite Mitsubishi. I spoke to Priya who was extremely kind and helpful and who made my appointment for my available time and day. When I came in I was introduced to Baris who is one of the sales representatives and he walked me through the entire transaction and made me feel comfortable buying this vehicle. The car was ready for me when I arrived and looked great as the pictures did. Totally recommend purchasing from Elite Mitsubishi.
