The whole staff was kind, knowledgeable, and patient.
The whole staff was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. My wife and I brought our toddler and they even gave her crayons and snacks while we finalized everything. Above and beyond.

Malak is the real deal.
Malak is the real deal. She texted me updates, sent me a video walkaround of the car, and made it super easy to get everything in motion. I felt taken care of from start to finish.

The best part was that everything was transparent.
The best part was that everything was transparent. Sandra showed me all the numbers, including interest rate, taxes, and protection plans. I didn’t feel tricked or pushed. That’s rare in car buying.

Hi Dennis, thank you for sharing your review of Bryan and the team! We are grateful for your business and happy to help here at Chevrolet of Culver City. See you next time!
Yani was excellent.
Yani was excellent. I came in for a Blazer lease and he showed me a few options side-by-side, including some with incentives I hadn’t even known about. Truly appreciated his effort.

Thanks for choosing Chevrolet of Culver City, James! We're glad you enjoyed your experience with Yani and hope you love your new Blazer. Safe travels!
The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.
The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. We used the Culver City dealership’s website to do an online trade-in using my VIN. Based on that, I drove over 500 miles (about 8.5 hours one way) to purchase a vehicle. When I arrived, I was told the online trade-in value wasn’t valid because they don’t run a Carfax before giving a trade-in estimate — something that was never disclosed in advance or on the qoute. I had scheduled an appointment with Mark, who didn’t know the status of the vehicle we came to see. He mentioned a few other options that “might fit our needs,” but we ended up finding them ourselves in the parking lot, which he said they didn't exist. I had specifically asked Mark to check the Carfax on my trade-in before I made the trip (I provided the VIN), and he told me everything was good — they just needed to see the car in person. Clearly, that wasn’t true. I also explained I needed a certain amount for my trade-in, which was completely disregarded. On top of that, the dealership was not transparent about hidden add-ons totaling over $5,000 — things I didn’t ask for or want (Lojack, a nearly clear tint that’s useless in Arizona, and paint protection). These were added to the sale price without upfront disclosure and the salesmen said they couldn't be taken off. To be fair, the manager, Ali, did attempt to make things right by reducing the price and eventually removing the unwanted add-ons. But by then, it was too late. He also gave incorrect information/lied about the $4,000 EV tax credit, insisting the rule was you have to make under $225K to qualify. I tried to correct him, but he wouldn't listen. In the end, it was a complete waste: hundreds of dollars in gas, one PTO day, and over 18 hours of driving "drove straight through the night and got home at 5am" — all because of misinformation, poor communication, hidden fees, and a general lack of professionalism. How can you give an online trade-in quote without a CarFax and or how do you not add a note subject to a Carfax? Terrible experience from start to finish. Unprepared salesmen, shady sales tactics, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Buyers Beware! Eugene

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like there were several miscommunications and misunderstandings that led to a frustrating visit, which is not what we aim for at all. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention as they highlight areas where we need improvement. If you'd be open to discussing this further or have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out directly. Thank you, Nevin Baratian - General Manager - (424) 281-0903 ext. 1054
The finance team ran my credit 6 or 7 times after I told
The finance team ran my credit 6 or 7 times after I told themm I was approved by my bank and only wanted to go with them for lending. They also forced a protection plan and SWAT GPS system on top of the purchase... Aria Adl and the sales team is full of lying weasels and the finance team, especially George De La Rosa, are all snakes... I came back to discuss the purchase and they all disappeared on a 4 hour lunch??? Steer clear of this place... I wish I had a time machine...
