Anthony Pavone was so helpful and easy to communicate with. He wasn’t pushy and always listened to my questions. I definitely would suggest him ti someone shopping for a Ford. And Sayville dealership was clean and festive and everyone was helpful and pleasant .

I brought my 2022 Bronco Sport in to get a brake problem
I brought my 2022 Bronco Sport in to get a brake problem fixed that's been a problem since I took delivery. The car has been to the dealer 3 times for a horrendous brake moan that they told me "isn't dangerous." After this visit, Steven, my service person, told me that "Ford that the problem isn't fixable and told us not to even try." After calling Ford customer service, I was told that there was a recent service bulletin that came out a month before my visit. I called the dealership back 3 times to get them to apply the new fix. After 4 calls, the Service Manager, Connor, mentioned the new fix and offered to send a pick up and drop off service to save me the trouble of dropping the car off. On the day the car was to be picked up, the service cancelled without reason. Only after we called the dealership did they send one of their own employees to get my car. After the car arrived at the dealership, I was told they couldn't recreate the noise, which is so loud I can hear it from my bedroom with the doors and windows closed, so they kept it for a second day. Miraculously, after hearing the noise, they agreed to implement the fix. However, as the car was now out of warranty, they insisted on charging me for the repair, which had been evident since the car was new and wasn't fixed at any of the three previous attempts they had the car. Even though this problem is widespread for all Bronco Sport and Escapes, as it is a manufacturing defect, Ford customer service offered no assistance and refused to reimburse me for the repair. Due to this experience, I'll never buy another Ford (of any kind), and WOULD CERTAINLY NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP TO DO SO IF FORCED AT GUNPOINT. The only reason they got 1-star is because 0 stars is not an option. These people are a complete and total disgrace, reinforcing the notion that most dealers are legalized theives.
