Don’t trust this dealership! So many hidden fees and pricing is all over the place. Different pricing on website, cars.com and others. Very bad customer experience.

we paid a refundable deposit for a car.

we paid a refundable deposit for a car. the salesman misrepresented the financing terms and we were unable to get financed or insured. Seller has stated on multiple occasions the refundable deposit was already processed but that was untruthful. they have been holding the deposit for almost 3 weeks.

This dealership sold me a 2015 Range Rover sport 2 years

This dealership sold me a 2015 Range Rover sport 2 years ago. I paid over 33k cash upfront. I traveled from Colorado to Florida to pick it up. The vehicle had new brake pads on worn rotors, leaking water pump, failing fuel pump. Contract stated they would pay for parts within 30 days of purchase, they didn’t. 2 years later and I still haven’t received a title for the vehicle. I’ve called them no less that 20 times. Nobody there will help, can help, wants to help resolve issue. I’ve contacted the police at this point. Super disappointed. Whole lot of f’ing around with a whole lot of finding out coming soon.

cuidado con estos personajes, venden carros con problemas

cuidado con estos personajes, venden carros con problemas grandes mecanicos motor hasta liqueo de agua para el interior del carro etc, tengo todas las pruebas suficientes , y problemas de papeles en los titulos etc, a mi me tienen con un vin numero diferente al original del carro es decir yo estoy pagando por un carro que en papeles no lo tengo porque es otro carro diferente al mio, por un error de ellos de comprar carros en la calle con titulos incorrectos, que desde agosto 2021, ni me han llamado ni se han contactado conmigo para solucionar mi problemas que tengo en el presente abril 2022 me vendieron una garantia de motor y trasmicion por 2000 dollares, que no e podido ni usar, en ningun dealer pues el vin y la info esta mal pasa los meses y sigo esperando que mi problema se soluciones desde agosto 2021 Desepcionado de estos estafadores Tambien estan publicando en CARFAX que yo e hido en 3 ocaciones hacerle mantenimientos al carro con ellos ( TOTALMENTE FALSO) lo cual es mentira, las veces que e hido a este dealer es para hablar de mi problema del vin y papeles y nunca me han brindado ayuda!!! Le estan hciendo daño a las personas trabajadoras y daño a la comunidad (((OJO)))

They cancelled my sale on my car without asking first. Plus all that the salesman did was beg for a five star review. they have the worst customer service ever, it takes between twelve and twenty four hours for them to respond.

I rarely ever make reviews whether my experience is good...

I rarely ever make reviews whether my experience is good nor bad. But I took the time out because this one as well deserving. This is my second Mercedes Benz purchasing from Jumbo Luxury within the past two in a half years. With both times then excelling and meeting my needs. Andrew, my salesman on the second purchase recently begun and was absolutely amazing I strongly recommend working with him. He found out what my needs were and found a solution by putting me in the perfect vehicle. Jason the manager is amazing as well he made the process move fast and got me in and out the door within less than an hour. Thank you so much to the whole entire Jumbo Luxury team, as I stated when I was there in person there will definitely be more purchases to come. As a small business I encourage you to continue to excel and thrive for greatness during these trying times you did a great job.

I would definitely think twice about buying from this...

I would definitely think twice about buying from this dealership. When you buy a car, you expect that the car the dealership sells to you has been checked for any defects and in good faith. I bought a 2015 Rolls Royce Ghost in August for my dad’s birthday and knowing how expensive these cars to fixed, I also paid for an extended warranty. After 2 months and 1,000 miles later, I noticed that if I breaked hard, the steering wheel would pull to the left. I took the car to the Roll’s Royce dealership and they told me that they found other things wrong with the vehicle. The problem which I went in for was a broken bushing, however they found an engine leak and a damaged rear axle and the repairs amounted to $13,000. We contacted the warranty provider and their adjuster reported that they would not cover for these damages as these damages occurred even prior to purchasing the vehicle. They said that there is no way, these damages could have occurred within 2 months and after driving the vehicle for 1,000 miles. I contacted the dealer and they said they would cover for the parts and now they are retracting their words saying that they will not cover anything. So, if you want to buy a cheaper car that is a piece of junk, please feel free to buy from this dealership, however if you don’t, please stay as far away from them. This isn’t worth the little savings and the amount of time your car will be in the repair shop. It has been there close to a month now!
