Service and expected charges were explained at drop off. great communication and the work was done on schedule.

Failed to notice I had a completely rusted control arm with a bushing that was nearly disintegrated. A week after I brought it in for service I had to bring it to another shop to get these repairs. I am concerned because if the bushing/control arm failed then my wheel could have fallen off. This is a tremendous error that should have been caught in the multipoint inspection.

I have been going here for many years now. Service is always timely, honest, and efficient.

The dealership has always done a professional job with my car maintenance. Cityside is closer to my house but I find them distracted and over worked. This dealership takes the time to discuss my options. Plus I loved the loaner.

We have been bringing our car to the dealership for regular maintenance since we bought it, but over the last year or so we have found the service garage to have very poor scheduling and timing. We have experienced 4 hr wait times for an oil change that had appointments. We have shown up to appointments only to be told parts aren't in stock. We take time from work for these visits and are routinely disappointed with the customer considerations.

The appointment was May 24 2025 Saturday at 9am for maintenance service. I waited at the shop for 5 hours in order to get the job. There wasn't any issues on my car. It's poor service.

I was disappointed in my last experience at the dealership. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. I also noticed that the prices have gone up. Nicole did give me a credit for the inconvenience which I appreciated. This was my first time back since the new ownership and I was not impressed.
