Working at PHH, I have interacted with Bill Kidd's on...

Working at PHH, I have interacted with Bill Kidd's on several occasions to purchase vehicles for our mutual clients. However, the past 6 months have been my first dealings on a personal level. Don Soltys was an incredible help in purchasing the vehicle. From the very beginning, he focused on my budget and making recommendations to fit within my price range. He didn't focus on selling products I didn't want, but making sure that I was getting the vehicle I wanted and would drive away happy with. He even checked up on us over the next few weeks to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. I came for my first 5000 mile service yesterday and was just as impressed with the service department. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Jaunita explained it detail what I should expect (both with the service, and the wait time) and she was right on. The waiting room was impressive too! I didn't take advantage of the wifi, the coffee station, or the vending machines, but the fact that they are offered was impressive to me. I look forward to my continued relationship with Bill Kidd's, and am already planning my possible next purchase!

I contacted Don on Weds about our interest in purchasing...

I contacted Don on Weds about our interest in purchasing a Rav4. He pulled the vehicle to the showroom for us to go in and look at it later in the day since we have a new puppy and needed to get home to let him out. Don asked us to bring him along and he was great not only with us but with the puppy. We took the vehicle for quick test drive, fell in love. Don gave us the credit app to take home to complete since we had the puppy with us. Faxed it Thursday morning, credit was approved and we picked it up Saturday morning. Everyone we dealt with was great. We purchased the undercoat/corrison protection and had to bring the vehicle back and was provided a loaner car whis is extremely helpfut. We love the vehicle and the service we received and am definetly telling all our friends. Thanks for a great experience Don!

When we stopped at Bill Kidd's Toyota my husband and...

When we stopped at Bill Kidd's Toyota my husband and I were just "looking." We hadn't bought a new car in 15 years and we did not know what type of car we wanted. We had looked at Honda, Accord's, Hyundai's and Mazda's the day before. We were appoached by Kevin Sewell who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did he pressure us into looking at any perticular car. He asked what we were looking for in a vehicle and answered all our questions. We really liked the Camry, especially the red one we purchased. This car has everything. We never expected that we would be able to afford all the extras that come with the car. Kevin explained everything and went over all the things on the dash. We went for a ride and Kevin took us for a tour of the service facility, which was very nice and everyone there was very friendly. In all the vehicles that we have purchased over the years, this was the most pleasant exerience in buying a car. I would recommend Bill Kidd's to anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota. Negotiated on a 2013 Platinum Sequioa, came in to seal the deal, @ the 11th hour they said this was for a 2012..Classic Bait and Switch! The employees at this dealership are unprofessional and dishonest + thier pricing is horrible! Go to PA or Deleware, don't buy a car from these clowns.

This is the best dealership I have ever worked with, both in terms of sales and service. The service department was friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment the same day and they had the job completed in an hour while I waited.

From the second my wife and I walked through the door, I...

From the second my wife and I walked through the door, I felt very comfortable and much of the anxiety of buying a new vehicle depleted. Mike had a genuineness to him that made me feel he was honest and up front with my families needs. We came in interested in buying a used Prius and Mike had told us he owned one too....so having that knowledge really helped make our decision. From test drive to purchase, Mike made me feel welcomed and relaxed. It wasn't all business, as we spoke baseball. I really appreciated that, as sometimes salespeople can miss the customer service experience, which is absolute for a new buy. We bout our first car at Bill Kidds and now our second. I imagine the next time we are in need of a vehicle, Bill Kidds Toyota will be our first stop! Keep up the great work!

Kevin did an excellent job!! He made us feel comfortable and as you can see, we walked into Bills and left with CPO Toyota! That alone should speak volumes. He is an asset to your company and based on Kevin's performance, we will forward positive feedback to all our friends and relatives!!! Also, our tires were just passing MD state inspections which on a CPO car seemed unacceptable. After Kevin talked to management, the folks at Bills are willing to "help out" when it comes time for new tires (soon ;) Great service!! Thanks so much! Demetrios & Lisa

My husband and I experience at Bill Kidd’s Timonium was more than what we bargained for. We had previously visited numerous dealerships where we were greeted at the door with instant pressure to purchase. That was not so at Bill Kidd’s. John, Ray and Paul listened to our needs, allowed us to browse and ultimately delivered on a deal that allowed us to buy the vehicle we wanted.
