Moving to Texas with no AC
Moving to Texas when I discovered my AC was not working. While I worked with the movers, my daughter took my car to the dealership Monday morning without an appointment hoping they could help us—they did!!! It was critical that I leave the next day. Great Service, great attitude- thank you, thank you!

New tires and oil changed
Everything was excellent and very quick service. Very courteous service manager and reviewed my needs on the car before I left. Claimed I need an air filter and a drive belt the next time I take it in.

Didn't feel comfortable
I didn't feel comfortable dealing with Reed Hyundai. The environment was not as welcoming as others that I visited. Several employees walked passed me and never smiled or said hello. A simple smile, hello or small talk goes a long way in making customers feel welcomed. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

A bunch of crooks
These guys are crooks. My son purchased a car from them and two days later it had issues. They claimed to fix it an two months later another issue. Our mechanic fixed it and Shawnee mission hyndai said they would pay $300 of the $1600 bill. We have not seen a check and keep getting the run around when we ask about it. It still about two months with the car and now it is having the same issue Shawnee mission hyndai said they fixed and are unwilling to listen to our request. Contacting my lawyer in the morning to see what needs to be done. Stay away from these guys they are crooks, liars and thief's.

Good buying experience
Good buying experience, takes a long time to have car serviced. Was there well over 3 hours when the process only took an hour. Did receive compensation.

Pleasant car buying experience!
