They seemed to dick around a lot and they didn't tell me everything I needed to have with me so I could take the truck home the truck wasn't ready the brakes were hanging up when I got home I should get apart and Springfield and nothing get it right so I went and bought two new cables and put them on everything seemed to be a run around the guy in finance was prepared and did a good job

Beware.
Beware. Bought Dec 31, 2021. Still don’t have possession due to mechanical issues one after the other. We WANT our money back. Period. Come to find out the dealership willingly sold us a lemon. Mechanical issue one after the other and the dealership is the one finding them. Been dealing with the Service Manager Bob Tilp. Also have dealt with General Manager Tyler. Sales Rep was Jordan. Only decent one so far. Between myself, my ex husband and our daughter, we have done everything we can to get this matter resolved with no luck. Our next step will be to our lawyer. We are attempting to avoid this so please give us our money back so we can wash our hands of this situation.

The salesman kept disappearing and didn't tell me...
The salesman kept disappearing and didn't tell me everything I needed he just kept adding to it making me unprepared to get going. The emergency brake cables were bad I wasn't about to give him the truck back so I spent $220 and bought them myself and put them on myself because whoever looked at it for that problem just took the left drum off squirted penetrated oil all over the brakes and put it back together by the time I got home the right one was smoking so I took care of it they had their chance
