Great vehicles great staff, communication can be hard as call centers and what not but if you walk in they handle your problems and help with a smile on their faces!! Everyone so far has been friendly and if you want a good chill environment I would say Bella Nissan is the way to go! Ty again for all your hard work and trying to fix all your problems left from the old company owners unfortunately people get confused cause the old owners were not so great fake warrantys and everything ..but the new owners are very friendly and will speak with you personally or help you personally!! So if you see that bad review just know it's prolly the old owners!!!

Gel Mel 6 reviews·4 photos I'm only giving it 1 star because the young guy at the front desk was really nice and honest. Do not agree to anything without it being presented to you in writing and without knowing what they charge for labor per hour. They only quoted me a price for the blower motor. I was told it was no extra charge to check the cabin filter because they were already going to have the dash open. I asked them what it would cost to check the problem with the interior light bulbs. They did not even take off the interior cabin paneling to check the wiring. But they still charged me over 2 hours for looking for a light bulb problem. Then they charge me $35 for three light bulbs. In the interior. He tried to charge me $700. I ended up paying $600. I am so angry I am so sick and tired of being taken advantage because I'm a woman. I would never recommend this place nor would I ever go there again. I did not ask them to do an entire car evaluation. I have my own mechanic. They gave me this baloney about needing a battery when I had just had it tested. Then they said I needed an alignment and I just had one done. Then they said all four of my tires were the same depth when two of my tires were brand new. Then they said I needed an oil change when I just had one. That had nothing to do with the recall work I was in there for. At no point was I told they charge $142 an hour for labor. Funny thing was when I went to leave I couldn't go anywhere because my battery was dead. I had no problems with that battery even at the top of the mountain where I live and below zero weather did I have any problems with it. Thankfully the kid came out quick and jumped it so I could leave. If I had had to stay I would have caused a scene. Absolutely despicable practices.
