This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Open and honest! I never felt like I was being “sold” but that I had an concerned associate ensuring I got what was needed. Great people and great business model!!

She knows i needed a car & she helped me patiently up to where i can afford one and to the car i really wanted. Mike, the manager and Mike at financing are very accomodating and friendly as well. Does not stand by employee offers, wastes and disrespectful of your time and you as a potential customer. Does not take responsibility for employee mistakes. Rude. Dishonest. This is not the first time our family has had an incredibly poor experience with this delearship or employee (Sonny).

Curtis Jare took me on a test drive and closed the deal. I never felt any pressure and I was provided with a very thorough explanation of all of the vehicle’s features. My first purchase of a new Outback at Elk Grove Subaru almost 4 years was such a positive experience that I returned again recently to replace my Outback which was totaled while parked outside my daughter’s house. Once again I was not disappointed. I had visited 4 other dealerships before landing at Elk Grove Subaru. The atmosphere and the people there are unsurpassed. Most recently, Aaron Magana helped me get the ball rolling on the phone before I made the 1.5 hour drive. He helped me think through a replacement vehicle and found the perfect one, giving me a breakdown before my arrival. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by his courteous and professional manner. He took me through the process very efficiently and quickly and I was able to drive away with a new 2019 Outback, in time to make my granddaughters Nutcracker performance.
