Disappointed and Dismissed at Grubbs Auto – Wichita Falls My husband and I recently visited Grubbs Auto in Wichita Falls after being referred by another dealership specifically to a salesman named Tom and the manager, Tim B. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We wandered the lot for about 10–15 minutes with no greeting or offer of help. When we finally went inside, several employees walked past us without acknowledging us. Eventually, Tom approached and confirmed he was the person we were referred to. He was aware of our financial constraints — namely, that I’m upside down on my current loan by about $8,000 — and that we were hoping to take advantage of current rebates and promotions on a new Jeep. It became immediately clear that Tom had little to no knowledge of Jeeps. After a failed search for vehicles in our price range, we were approached by the manager, Tim, who told us he had already informed the referring dealership that he couldn’t help us because he was short-staffed and too busy. This made us feel like our presence was a burden rather than a potential sale. Tom then brought out a top-of-the-line Jeep Rubicon — a vehicle well beyond our stated budget. When I questioned this, he admitted he didn’t know it was a high-end model and that he was just doing what Tim told him. This lack of attention to detail and customer needs was frustrating. When I asked whether they were just trying to get rid of us, Tom became visibly irritated and short with me. Shortly after, Tim blamed Tom for the mix-up and attempted to help us find a better option — unsuccessfully. At one point, a third manager approached and began venting to us about his staffing issues and how hard it is to find people willing to work — something that felt unprofessional and irrelevant to our visit. Ultimately, we were told they would follow up the next day. It’s now been two days, and we haven’t heard a word. Overall, we left feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Grubbs Auto failed us on communication, professionalism, and basic customer service. I hope others have a better experience, but based on ours, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Service was professional and timely. Drop off and pickup was seamless. Would recommend to anyone. And sales is good too.

I bought and sold a car there 3/2024 and the car I sold
I bought and sold a car there 3/2024 and the car I sold to them had 1 payment left. Their business office Angela in accounting) did not process the payoff correctly which resulted in my last payment being delinquent which was turned into the credit bureau. My credit score fell over 100 points and has just now fully recovered. The General Manager of the dealership was no help and felt no obligation to try to help me. Anyone who has dealt with poor credit understands the financial consequences and that a lower credit score actually costs you is money and opportunity. I wish I had looked at their BBB rating (1 star) before I did business with them. Clearly they don't care

I honestly wish I knew of this service center sooner.
I honestly wish I knew of this service center sooner. They’re inside of the Mercedes Benz lot and everyone was really kind and knowledgeable; I received great customer service. The gentlemen diagnosed and fixed my vehicle issue promptly. I’ll definitely return when future problems arise.
