Audrey was very nice and felt heard.

Audrey was very nice and felt heard. Also appreciate that the fiance manager was able to help me cover my new car. And put me in a 2025 from 2023.

Car would not start after I got off work but after the

Car would not start after I got off work but after the fourth time it started, so I drove it into the Chesterton dealership. They found no codes so problem was not located. Was advised to use a battery charger up to my 2022 car. I declined the ridiculous suggestion. Had my oil changed as it was due and tires rotated. Or thats what I was told was done and no one really told me anything but it was done. Like normally I get to see what's wrong with my car or look underneath it for leaks. Plus didn't really go over anything it was just so matter of fact.

We had a great experience dealing with Andrew Guzman at Victory Nissan. General Manager, Neville, and Anthony in Finance were also very helpful and respectful. All of these gentlemen were very pleasant when negotiating the price of our 2024 Nissan Armada. We highly recommend if you’re in the market for a car going in to see them at Victory Nissan.

We had a great experience with Evi.

We had a great experience with Evi. The only thing I would recommend is having more than one finance person at a time. We waited for 2 hours just to complete paperwork. No one really went over any final numbers with us. We had to ask what our APR was going to be and final monthly payment.
