My service agent was Jody Putney and to describe her as

My service agent was Jody Putney and to describe her as competent, professional and personable does not do her justice. She explains everything and goes out of her way to be helpful. If I purchase my next vehicle from this dealership she will be one of my main reasons for doing so.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated with the wait less

Jodi was extremely professional and polite.

Jodi was extremely professional and polite. She checked my car out quickly and efficiently. Jodi was concerned that I get a free oil change and tire rotation. I have to say service was professional, polite and quick.

Jody in the customer service department always goes above

Jody in the customer service department always goes above and beyond. I brought my car in due to a tire issue yesterday, without an appointment and she was so helpful. She brought someone out to assess the issue and fit me in right away to get it fixed, which alleviated a lot of stress for me. She always greets me with patience, integrity and kindness and explains the situation in terms that I understand. She is a top notch human and employee.

I am a repeat reviewer but Della Honda keeps outdoing

I am a repeat reviewer but Della Honda keeps outdoing themselves. This time I got a flat tire on I87. I called the service department and they said to bring it in. The car was towed to Della at lunchtime. I knew I needed 2 new tires but I was also due for an oil change. The service department, led by Jodi and Jim, worked to get my car done (including the oil change) and I still made it to my 2:00 doctor's appointment. I always know that whenever I need service, Della is there to take care of it, whether it is a flat tire, dead battery or anything else. Thanks to you all.
