Last service visit.

I have been buying cars and going to North Country for almost 25 years. For a reason. They are solid, always behind the repairs, etc. I will probably buy my last Subaru there when I'm 90.

Superior service

I can't say enough about this dealership. I purchased a new car with a trade and was able to do it almost completely online. The my salesperson (Nick) was outstanding to work with. When I went to the dealership to make the trade, the entire process took no more than a half hour. Fast forward to my 30,000 mile service again outstanding. It was discovered that I needed new tires and the service manager called to explain the problem, made a recommendation based upon the reviews of previous customers, and got the tires replaced in the same appointment. They were excellent tires, quieter on the road, but very reasonably priced. Overall only excellent experiences.

All the people at North Country Subaru are fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and they give excellent service. They made trading in my old car and getting the new one so easy. We recommend them to everyone. My daughter bought a Subaru last year.

New car purchase

I experienced a 5 month wait for my new car after an original commitment of 6 to 8 weeks. I think the dealership did whatever they could given the circumstances but Subaru changed the rules midstream and was not as responsive to the customer in spite of their taped message on their customer service line.
